We recently connected with Monnapat Eaimboonsiri and have shared our conversation below.
Monnapat, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Do you have a hero? What have you learned from them?
I have always loved watching animation and movies ever since I can remember. And one of my favorite creator is Tim Burton. His artworks inspired me to study in arts. His style and ideas also encourage me to think outside the box and dare to be unique.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
Hello. I’m Quan. I’m a graphic designer from Thailand. So, Sawasdee ka. :) (means hello in Thai.)
I’m a person who grew up enjoying arts and music since I was very young. I am lucky to get to study and graduated from a design school. Right now, I currently work as a freelance graphic designer.
Mostly, I’ve been working on designing online banners and print media like menus, cards, posters, a little bit of logos and illustrations.
As a designer, my job is to gather information and re-arrange it in a creative way as the client needs. Sometimes it’s easy; sometimes, it’s quite difficult. Eventually, the most satisfied of this job (for me!) is to see my client happy with the final artwork.
Along the way I’ve been working (I mean serious artwork for clients). I also relax by doing some side projects just for fun, such as creating online pages of silly characters like ‘interpoobangkok’ on Facebook and ‘Uncle Wrinkle’ on Instagram or challenging myself with art contests to improve my creating skills. I love improving myself and looking forward to seeing how far I can go.

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?
‘Enjoy the little things in life’ is always work for me.
Fulfilling yourself with happiness is important, especially in a creative career; a positive mind will lead to new inspiration and ideas.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Many years ago, me and my colleague started a Facebook page called ‘Interpoobangkok’ with a silly poop character name Mr. Suphab.
At first, we were doing for fun and leisure, but it turns out that people love the character and also love reading tricks and fun facts about toilets, the digestive system, or how poop can show your health and stuff. Even though, for now, we rarely post any content lately because of our busy work schedule, but we still keep the page online and are proud of our journey.
So, I have to say, whatever that starts with passion, just be yourself; I believe that people will definitely see it values. :)
