Monique , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Monique Monalisa is the author of Talk to God. Born in Minnesota and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, she is a Children, Youth, and Families advocate, a consumer of gummy bears, and a God fearing woman at heart. Monique Graduated College in 2014 with an Associates degree in Medical, Billing and Coding. In her free time she hosts POP-UP Shops and Children’s Parties with her event planning business, but her greatest interests are her 3 children. LaMone (13) Legend (9) and Modesty (6).

There are actually three books that significantly impacted my entrepreneurial thinking and they are:

How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?
The initial capital came from my life savings. I took a chance and bet it all essentially. I had no loans or investors just me, God and a whole lot of faith.
