We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Monica Monroe a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Monica, appreciate you joining us today. What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
I tell you the truth. I never would’ve thought I would have my own business. It all started when this pandemic happened. I was trying to find natural ways to keep my immune system built up. So, I did my research & its been a very good business this far. Then, I started crafting soon after making healthy products. I love what I do & the people who are benefiting from it.

My name is Monica D. Monroe. I started my own business about 3 years ago. Fit for the purpose & more LLC I also teach ladies/gentlemen how to stay healthy with me. I teach classes 5 days a week. I’m set apart from others because I’m reaching back to get as many as possible on the right track as possible. I’m most proud of the growth I see every week we meet. I’m most proud of the talks about whatever services I have provided to them. I’m known for Fit for the purpose.
