Hi Money Making Sace, thanks for joining us today. Can you talk to us about how you learned to do what you do?
Honestly, I learned a lot of things because I didn’t have help. I didn’t have a foot in the door, a co-sign, or friends who were already on. It was either I teach myself, or hope somebody would teach me. I’m not the type a guy to just wait around, so I had to make something shake. I think my biggest skill is that I’m resilient; Ima find a way
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Well I’m a rapper, I rap about whatever I feel, when I first started I use to write my lyrics but as I got older, free-styling just felt more natural. It’s like when I was a teenager I was practicing, sort of like reading a script. Now that I’ve practiced so much, I’m living it. If that makes sense. Walking improv. I’m proud of my company, Loose Screw Mafia Records, it took some time but we here now. Forever.
What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
I had someone DM me on Instagram saying, “Thank you for being you”. That’s what it’s all about man, people see that I’m just being me. This ain’t a gimmick, I really live this.
Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
I want people that look like me to realize you can do whatever you want to do. You don’t have to compromise yourself, you can make it being you. Don’t let society fool you.
