Their health issues persisted regardless of the pandemic, and we were determined to continue supporting them through their challenging journeys.
Faced with the necessity to adapt, we embraced innovation and introduced virtual appointments. Through video calls, we found a way to connect with our clients and customize wigs tailored to their specific needs without the need for in-person interactions. This decision not only allowed us to stay open during uncertain times but also enabled us to reach a wider audience beyond our immediate location. By expanding our reach nationwide, we were able to connect with and provide support to a larger hair loss community during their most vulnerable moments.
