Molly Rose, appreciate you joining us today. What do you think it takes to be successful?

Success means creating with passion and fulfillment while making a difference to the lives of others.

Success to me means establishing connection with a community as a creator of consistent, high quality and delightful products that deliver Joy and happiness to the receiver.

I love that success can mean something different each day depending on how we celebrate each accomplishment.

Molly Rose, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I created English Rose Farms about 2 years ago upon relocating to Knoxville, TN during the early stages of the Pandemic as I was also seeking a change in career.

I’ve been passionate about fitness and wellness for many years and I’m a huge advocate for self-care and self-love. The products evolved out of my desire to inspire people to make it a priority in their lives.

I love creating custom gifts which are designed or curated especially for the recipient with thoughtful details. I feel I offer a unique blend of what I call :

Romantic Farm-style Zen incorporating High quality ingredients and Materials into each product with lots of LOVE infused into each item.

I offer, Vegan soaps, Candles made with Coconut, Soy and Beeswax and body butters, Salves, bath bombs, custom designed swag for events, weddings, anniversaries any type of celebration including tote bags, tea towels, cosmetic bags, t shirts, mugs and more.

I think what sets me apart is that people can feel the love I put into my creations and that I will always stay open to growth, new ideas, new techniques and evolve suggestions into new possibilities.

I feel people enjoy my packaging which delivers an extra feeling of Romance and Delight with coordinating and trademark touches in every order!

I absolutely love my customers and people that I get to create for and it is why I do what I do. It’s such a rewarding feeling being part of these exchanges of love and care between people or just for themselves.

I also really enjoy creating my own original videos/reels to showcase my creations and to demonstrate how I created or how they perform. It has been a fun new creative process for me!

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

I feel it comes down to with time I have been able to participate more in my community makers organizations and Artisan markets. I continue to partner with other local artisans on products and Nationwide. I support small businesses myself and give back when I can to my community through donations to non profits and local organizations.

I feel ensuring people are happy through providing excellent customer service to deliver quality products efficiently and to go above and beyond expectation has helped me to establish loyal customers and opportunities.

I stay connected with my clients and community via Social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook providing local market information where my products can be purchased and experienced.

I am always available to discuss any custom product or potential order to ensure the client is informed along the way. I will often send photos of examples or send photos in real time of my process of creating for them. This way they can feel involved and make any adjustments to the gifts as needed, I feel it is my loyalty to them which helps inspire them to return.

I feel the markets really allow me to engage and connect and share my passion for creating with my community.
