We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Molly Lemaota a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Molly, thanks for joining us today. Can you share a story about the kindest thing someone has done for you and why it mattered so much or was so meaningful to you?
In 2021 soon after things started opening up, My family and I decided we wanted to take a Disney vacation. We were looking to go, to announce our pregnancy and to spend some time in Florida with family. My Husband Suggested we work with a travel advisor, I wasn’t wanting to take on such a daunting task while being pregnant. He sent me a tik tok of a travel advisor named Lynn. She was the owner & travel advisor of alluring enchantments travel! Lynn made everything so easy, she was kind and she loved Disney as much as I did! She answered all of my questions and she really made it an experience I will never forget! Fast forward a few months Lynn and I became close friends in a short matter of time, and I was looking to earn income while I Became a stay at home mom. Lynn suggested that I change my career path and become a travel advisor. She offered me a position as an advisor for her agency. Her Kindness to take me in and really teach me what it takes to become a travel professional. Is something I will never forget. It was nice to have someone finally believe in my Knowledge. Her confidence in me In me was the kindest thing anyone has ever done for me.

My Name is Molly Lemaota, I am a wife a busy mom of 2 active boys and a travel advisor specializing in Disney vacations! Disney is my happy place and one of my biggest passions! I love planning and taking Disney vacations and thats showcased in the way that I plan all of my family, friends and Clients trips! I got into the industry almost 2 years ago when my own travel advisor/agency owner suggested that I join her team. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made!
I strive to help make your happiest thoughts reality. I ensuring a magical and stress free, booking and planning process when working with me! I pride myself in treating my clients like my family. Making sure that all the details are taken care of so you don’t have to! Adding a sprinkle of magic to Make you feel like royalty!
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
The Most Effective strategy I have noticed that has worked for growing my Clientele, is the consistency in everything that I do. The Verbiage on social media posts, is very cohesive with the emails I send to clients. Everything I do has a WHY. I feel like its very important to show that in all aspects. To show clients that their in good hands when working with myself and my brand.
How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
Keeping In touch with clients is very important to foster loyalty. I always make sure to send thank you cards after booking with me as well as when they send a referral my way. Knowing that your travel professional is appreciative goes a long way. It shows that they trust your business model and practices that time and time again they recommend you. I like to send out hand written cards for holidays to let clients know that I am thinking of them, and that they are part of an extended part of my family!
