We were lucky to catch up with Miyaeva recently and have shared our conversation below.
Miyaeva, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Do you wish you had waited to pursue your creative career or do you wish you had started sooner?
I think when I started it was perfect timing. I started content creating for TikTok when I was 18 years old and it was the start of covid. Nobody was working. Everyone was scrolling & I believe the time I started was perfect. If I had to go back I would start the same time as I did! The app was pretty new and nobody was really posting like they are today!

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My name is Miyaeva Renae, and I’m a lifestyle and motherhood content creator. I share daily routines, cozy home content, and little glimpses of soft motherhood I started because I wanted to create the kind of content I craved when I was going through big life changes: something slower, softer, more nurturing.
What sets me apart is that I focus on creating a sense of atmosphere and feeling in my content. I want people to come across one of my videos and immediately feel calm, inspired, or comforted. I’m most proud of the way I’ve built a community of women and moms who feel seen and reassured through my content. It’s not just about pretty aesthetics. It’s about letting people know they’re not alone and that beauty exists in the everyday.
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
I built my audience by leaning into consistency and authenticity. In the beginning, I didn’t overthink it I just posted small snippets and aesthetic routines. From there, I paid attention to what resonated most with my audience and my niche and refined my style while still staying true to myself.
My advice to someone just starting would be: don’t wait until everything is perfect. Post what you have, with the voice you have, in the season you’re in. Show up consistently, even if it feels like no one is watching at first. And most importantly focus on building connection, not just followers. Consistency is key!!! When people feel like you’re speaking to them rather than at them, that’s when your audience starts to grow in a real, lasting way.
What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?
My mission has always been to create content that feels like a breath of fresh air. I want my audience, now especially moms, to know that it’s okay to slow down, to savor the little things, and to find beauty in the midst of chaos. Life isn’t perfect. Messes are normal!! So much of online content can feel loud, fast, and overwhelming, but my goal is to be the opposite of that a calm corner of the internet where people feel comforted and inspired. At the heart of it, my creative journey is about showing that even in the busiest or hardest seasons of life, softness and beauty can still exist.
