We have perfected a step-by-step process to increase revenue and profits using recurring models based in Certification. As the founder of Timeslips Corp, I pioneered a certification strategy that doubled the value of my company in 18 months with these techniques. I documented the process in my 2nd Amazon best seller, Power Tribes, How Certification can Explode Your Business.
I then built a SaaS platform to embed my proprietary accountability and goal tracking tools for all coaches to use with their clients called https://ClientFol.io.

Mitch, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Mitch co-founded Timeslips Corp, which became the largest time tracking Software Company in the world before it was sold to Sage PLC in 1998. Then, Mitch became a business partner with Tony Robbins and Chet Holmes and served as president/CEO of Business Breakthroughs, International, which had nearly 300 staff and over $25M in sales.
In 2018, Mitch published his #1 Amazon Best-Seller, “Power Tribes: How Certification Can Explode Your Business.” He has since published a total of four business books.
Today, Mitch develops certification and licensing programs that companies use to generate substantial profits while significantly increasing their sales through recurring revenue. He also founded a SaaS coaching business management system called ClientFol.io.
In 2017, Mitch founded Your First Thousand Clients as a podcaster, a business show about founders who scaled rapidly. With over 350 episodes and 700,000 downloads, it is still one of the top business interview shows that is actively running.

This would be the way I invented a certification model driven by customer need and how I engaged customers as allies to help me scale my company.
