We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Miss Theo a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Miss Theo, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Do you wish you had started sooner?
Great question! It’s all about the right timing isn’t it? I firmly believe that I am exactly where I need to be at this point in my life. I initially moved to LA for music and got swept up in the security of Digital Ad Sales which was fruitful for my pockets, but ended up being detrimental to my soul. I have no regrets though! Every single thing I’ve experienced, every twist and turn, has led me right here, and I couldn’t be more grateful for that!
As a healing artist, it was crucial for me to explore life and gain a deeper understanding of the world around me, so I left behind a successful career to heal and feed my soul. By immersing myself in various life experiences, I have been able to tap into different emotions, perspectives, and inspirations that contribute to my creativity. It was important for me to find my authentic self as an artist, and that required time and exploration.
But it’s not just about me! It’s about breaking those ancestral cycles and confronting generational trauma head-on. I had to dig deep, face my own demons, and heal wounds that ran deeper than my own story. It was a necessary step to find that inner strength and create from a place of pure authenticity.
And let me tell you, embracing my gifts as a cosmic healer, that was a game-changer. I had to EVOLVE, my friends. I had to tap into something BIGGER than myself and embrace the power within. It’s like stepping into a cosmic flow, a beautiful magical dance with the universe.
So, yeah, I’m happy with the timing of my career evolution journey. It’s been a wild ride, filled with ups and downs, but that’s what makes it so beautiful, right? Life has a funny way of working out, and I trust that the timing of my career path has unfolded in the most perfect way possible. I’m grateful for every experience that has brought me here, and I’m excited to see where it takes me next as I fully embrace the artist within.

I’m so honored to share a bit about myself, thank you! I’m Hmong-American, and my roots run deep as the daughter of refugee immigrants. Life has shaped me into this cosmic being with a passion for healing, art, and connecting with souls like you.
You can call me a healing artist, singer-songwriter, Reiki Master, Intuitive Soul Guide, photographer, videographer, and energy generator. Whew, that’s a mouthful! But hey, I wear many hats because I’m all about bringing authenticity, heart, and passion to everything I do…and I just love doing many things! It helps me become a more well rounded healing artist.
Now, let me spill the cosmic beans on my mission. I want to heal the world, one beautiful soul at a time. And you know what? The best way to do that is by teaching others how to heal themselves first. It’s like creating this beautiful ripple effect of healing that spreads far and wide. Plus, who says healing can’t be fun? I want everyone to enjoy the journey and embrace life to the fullest! We are meant to ENJOY life!
Before I dove headfirst into this world of healing and creativity, I spent a good chunk of time in the corporate jungle doing Digital Ad Sales. But guess what? The cosmic forces were calling, and I couldn’t ignore them any longer. So, I left the corporate grind behind to pursue my true passions and to embark on a journey of healing.
As a Reiki Master and Intuitive Soul Guide, I’m here to take you on an epic journey of self-discovery and healing. We’ll tap into the magic of energy flow, intuitive channeling, sound healing, and, of course, following our hearts. It’s all about unleashing your true potential and creating a life that’s aligned with your soul’s desires. I am so grateful to be given this job on Earth. As a photographer, I’m on a mission to help people see the most vibrant and beautiful versions of themselves. Being in front of the camera can be scary, but I hope that my clients walk away feeling loved and EMPOWERED. And those fleeting moments that take your breath away? Yeah, I’m all about freezing them in time so you can cherish that moment forever! I don’t like to limit my creativity, so I shoot music videos, weddings, headshots, events, BTS, corporate, families, retreats, parties + so much more! If you ask me, I’ll most likely give it a try.
And when I grab my microphone, sometimes the melodies and lyrics just flow from my soul. If a song doesn’t come through within 10 minutes, then it most likely won’t be written and it’s not always something I can control. It will just come out of nowhere and I have to be open enough to let it come in when it chooses to arrive! I feel like I’ve been co-creating with the universe. I want my music to touch your heart, inspire you, and make you feel connected to something bigger.
So, here I am, ready to embark on this cosmic journey with you. Let’s heal ourselves, uplift each other, and create a world that’s filled with love, compassion, and endless possibilities. Together, we’ll make magic happen!
Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
Let me tell you something…choosing to heal takes COURAGE. I commend anyone who has chosen to heal themselves. It is NOT easy and can feel like a crazy roller coaster that never ends! The truth is, once you begin it never truly ends, unless you choose to stop evolving of course. In order to grow, you have to fall so that you can learn how to pick yourself back up time and time again. Sounds like a fun time yea?
At this point, I’ve gone through several rebirths! Each one was tough and pretty ugly, but the beautiful thing is that I came out stronger and more empowered, woo! It will feel like you may be dying at times and in fact you are…the old version of you needs to be released in order for you to butterfly! Facing your fears, confronting all parts of you, forgiving yourself and others, and doing the difficult inner work? THAT takes RESILIENCE!! Choosing to dive into deep waters over and over again for self improvement and self-love? That takes resilience!
When I began my spiritual awakening, I found myself vibrating out of friendships, jobs, opportunities, and old energies. Healing can be very lonely. At times I felt misunderstood and judged for the choices I was making, but I had to let that go because I knew in my heart that this didn’t have to make sense to anyone but me. There were even times when I had no idea what was going on, but I continued to TRUST my intuition. I believe standing strong in your purpose and faith takes resilience. As you grow on your healing journey, just know that haters gonna hate + lovers gonna love. Follow LOVE. Always.
Even now as I step into my music career much later in life, I know it’s been my faith and resilience that has helped me to not give up. I’ve tried this so many times and my mental health always got the better of me, but I won’t give up!
Is there mission driving your creative journey?
Yes, my mission as a healing artist is to help alchemize your energy through music, photography, energy healing + so much more! I descended to Earth as a Starseed with a mission to elevate the human consciousness with unconditional LOVE. We are in need of DEEP healing and the best way to heal the world is by healing ourselves first!
I hope to create loving energy that will ripple into the hearts of everyone I meet. My wish is to see everyone fully loving themselves and stepping into their personal power. We are so much more powerful TOGETHER! All love, always.
