Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Miss JT. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Miss, thanks for joining us today. Has your work ever been misunderstood or mischaracterized?

I think the biggest misconception is the belief that creative directors don’t do anything, but the reality is, we contribute to the story of the project coming to life. I don’t have a specific story, but what I learned is transparency is just as important in your work as it is in your day to day life. Provide people the space to experience and learn for themselves!

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

Miss JT is my name and creation is my game lol. I’m really just an all around creative who like to just manifest real things and real stories. I am a creative director in a nutshell and what makes me different from others is that I’m not stuck in a box. I like to be apart of every step in making what needs to be made happen. I’m most proud of finding the path that truly makes me happy and it shows in my work. I want future clients and partners to know how much of a pleasure I have in working with others and helping them create magic. It’s never a dull moment and you’ll enjoy it every step of the way

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?

My biggest goal is to be a positive impact on everyone. It’s one thing to live, but it’s another thing to live with a purpose and i genuinely feel like I was placed on this earth to change lives and make things happen for people like me who didn’t have anyone to do the Sam for them

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?

Weirdly enough I’ve been very big on researching interviews from big producers and bloggers who I admire. It helps me to put together my own methods and helps me to learn new ways to make things happen.
