The best investment you will ever make is an investment in yourself. Self discovery and development will not only lead to personal success, but is also the foundation to helping others.

My name is Millicent Russo. I’m a licensed aesthetician, licensed aesthetics educator, founder and owner of the Integrated Aesthetics Institute and president of the Integrated Aesthetics Association. I serve skin care professionals by providing excellent advanced modality education, business building support and mentorship opportunities. Our exclusive curriculum exceeds industry standards and our alumni are some of the most successful professionals in the industry. My goal is to elevate the aesthetics industry.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

I think my reputation has been built upon great customer service, honestly, genuine care for my clients, and I work very hard to produce one of the best products on the market. I take the time to get to know and I care about the people who trust me with their business.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?

THE best strategy for growing clientele is to be the best at what you do, do it with passion and integrity and the word of mouth referrals will build your business.
