We recently connected with Miller’s Table and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Miller’s thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to start by getting your thoughts on what you are seeing as some the biggest trends emerging in your industry
As well all know, Charcuterie boards are the hottest appetizer and side dish of 2023. Miller’s Table was established in 2020, when the popularity of charcuterie was on the rise. We have been excited to take on the newest trend of the business, Charcuterie Classes. These workshops are a great opportunity to get to know your customers and to teach them the tips and tricks that we use as professionals everyday to create a well balanced, stunning charcuterie board.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
We are Taelor and Danielle, the duo behind Miller’s Table. It’s an honor to be here creating handcrafted charcuterie for new and repeat supporters of our ever evolving, women-owned small business. Since launching Miller’s Table in 2020, we’ve been warmly welcomed into so many of your life celebrations, big and small. We love being able to share our passion for beautifully styled charcuterie spreads while you gather together, laugh and create special memories with those around you. Witnessing our work inspire conversation, create connection, foster friendships and build community has given rise to a purpose bigger than we could have imagined. We offer custom created boards, boxes, grazing spreads, charcuterie classes/workshops and much more!
Serving Austin, TX and surrounding areas, with delivery and
pick-up options available.

How’d you meet your business partner?
Originally, the business was founded between two long time friends with a passion of hosting and gathering with loved ones. As the business evolved it did endured an unexpected challenge that resulted in a partner exiting the business. While Taelor was still ready to move forward and continue the grow of this company, the volume of orders was beyond the capacity for one individual. She knew she needed support to be able to keep up the demand. Enter Danielle. Danielle had moved here from Arizona, and her entrepreneurship spirit was the perfect piece to the puzzle. For the past two years, Danielle and Taelor have not only grown the business but have grown their friendship as well.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Within the first year of Miller’s Table, we had an amazing opportunity by a high volume Oral Surgery company that allowed us to deliver charcuterie gift boxes to their 300+ referring dentist offices. These offices ranged from San Antonio to Temple which was new and challenging but we could not imagine turning down! This led to a bigger growth in the company that blew us away. We are so grateful and still have a great standing relationship with this company to this day.
