MILAS, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Alright, so you had your idea and then what happened? Can you walk us through the story of how you went from just an idea to executing on the idea

I TRULY FEEL LIKE EVERYTHING STARTS WITH PROPER PLANNING. SO WHEN IM GOING INTO A NEW IDEA OR PROJECT I BUILD A VISION BOARD AND BREAK MY PLANS UP WITHIN THE FOUR FISCAL QUARTERS

IVE BEEN INTO MUSIC AND FASHION ALL MY LIFE I FEEL AS IF THEY GO HAND AND HAND. SO BACK IN MY EARLY STAGES IVE WORKED IN VARIOUS CLOTHING STORES SUCH AS MARC ECKO, RALPH LAUREN, AND AMERICAN EAGLE. MY WHOLE GOAL WITH THAT WAS TO UNDERSTAND FABRICS, SIZING, AND STITCHING. AND I PLAN TO RELEASE MY SIGNATURE CLOTHING APPAREL VERY SOON

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?

2020 WAS A VERY PIVOTAL YEAR AS FAR AS BEING IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY. WE WAS DEALING WITH COVID, WHICH FORCED EVERYONE TO STAY HOME. YOU COULDN’T TRAVEL OR DO SHOWS SO IT INSPIRED ME TO TAKE ON THE RADIO/PODCAST SPACE. AND PLANNING TO LAUNCH MY DEBUT “YES88” PODCAST LATER THIS YEAR AS WELL

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

THE MUSIC BUSINESS CAN BE UP AND DOWN DEPENDING ON THE CLIMATE OF WHATS GOING. I FEEL LIKE WITH ANYTHING YOU DO IN LIFE YOU CANT FAIL UNTIL YOU QUIT. I FEEL LIKE IVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO WITHSTAND THE UP AND DOWN’S IS BECAUSE IVE NEVER GIVEN UP.
