Alright, Mikhail thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Do you think folks should manage their own social media or hire a professional? What do you do?
My social media presence is managed by me personally and my team member. My personal approach allows me to directly engage with my audience and share insights, updates, and the latest trends in real estate. I believe in the importance of authentic communication, and managing my social media accounts enables me to connect with clients and followers on a more personal level. Of course, when I need lead generation or engagement ads, I use the marketing office. The only social media that is managed by the outside team is YouTube. This is an important tool to gather leads and talk potential clients about real estate market in Miami. My team helps me to get the best results from this platform.

I appreciate the opportunity to share a bit about myself and my journey in real estate. It was not the easiest one :) My entry into this field was driven by one moment – when I relocated to NYC from Ukraine, I have been working as a builder with the lowest salary. At once, while I was on the site, there was one realtor with a client and he could not give the accurate information about the upcoming development. At this moment I realized that I can do better and be on the other side of real estate. I went to school, passed exam and here I am.
What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
Certainly! In the realm of real estate, cultivating relationships and referral recommendations have proven to be the most powerful source of new clients for me. While various channels contribute, word of mouth and referrals stand out as invaluable. I’ve been fortunate to witness a significant portion of my clientele originating from these authentic connections. Additionally, staying active on digital platforms like Instagram, YouTube etc. and having a strong online presence has allowed me to connect with a broader audience. Social media, in particular, has been a dynamic space for showcasing properties, sharing insights, and engaging with potential clients.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
I have always prioritized delivering exceptional service and results. Striving for excellence in every transaction has been fundamental to building trust and credibility among clients and peers. I was always honest, transparent and just fought tirelessly to close the hardest transaction or find the property out of the market. Putting clients’ needs at the forefront has been a guiding principle. Understanding their unique goals, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the real estate process have been paramount. In essence, building a reputation is about consistently delivering on promises, fostering positive relationships, and demonstrating a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
