Mikayla , appreciate you joining us today. What do you think it takes to be successful?
I think in order for you to be successful you definitely got to want it ! You got to really know what your goals are in life . You have to be able to always keep going even if it not looking good at that point in time . I also think , determination and patience takes a part in it . One of the things that I constantly do is I pray over my business and, i research and focus on the areas I could grow in as a Motivational Speaker ways that would evolve Motivational Kayla , LLC

I am a Motivational Speaker , My Brand is Motivational Kayla ! I take my passion into empowering and inspiring people from all over Middle Georgia (can’t wait to expand ) and speaking and encouraging them! I want to always be the voice that they needed to hear ! I am Most proud of when people randomly tells me that I am inspiring them or that they received something from my message / speech that let me know that I am doing something right ! I started hosting a yearly event called “She Evolved “ which is a Women Empowerment Tea Party and it was over 100 women there to be evolved !
How did you build your audience on social media?
Social Media is one of the ways that I get my messages out ! I get my passion out ! I would send daily inspirational quotes to my followers phones via Remind and I started with 20’people now I have over 120 people that goes to show you that it works ! My advice is to keep posting , keep Posting don’t stop They see you, they see your posts and they will start Reacting and being more active!

I remember when I first started Motivational Kayla , there were a lot of people thinking that I was speaking and doing things for clout and for attention . Which it never been that for me . I always stayed focused on what I wanted to accomplish, the people I wanted to encourage is what kept me going . My”WHY” The reason why I am doing this is what kept me going when so many people doubted me from the very start ! If I could share something is Stay Focused in your own lane , don’t try to figure what the other lane is doing because you will end up messing up your blessings
