Mika , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s start with a fun one – what’s something you believe that most people in your industry (or in general) disagree with?

I think most people think you can’t have a personal life in this industry but Time management is everything.You should schedule everything even times with family..Whatever your beliefs are don’t let your business or industry change that.

I’m a Artist first,but some people may have seen me performing singing live at mangos Miami or May have caught my funny videos on their news feed. I’m also a business owner for a cosmetic apparel line, called Mulatas Kollection. I’m a showgirl at heart Entertainment is my passion. Helping people feel better when they meet me by using my talents & gifts is my purpose

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?

I love to read, anything you really want to know, is in a book. It all has been done before and it’s written left for us to learn from others who have done it. If I can name one book that comes to mind would be 50 cent Hustle Harder Hustle Smarter. It takes a lot to run a business mentally & physically. I like the different techniques 50 Cent provides for instance, be the distributor, the reseller then the consumer. For example if your a distributor for a Liquor company your not going to drink liquor because you sell it you don’t buy and consume it.Right now I’m actually reading “Jack Canfield The success Principles “

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

Networking, socializing and social media. It’s still a growing process for me but whatever it is that I do that supports my brand I just put it out I don’t look for validation anymore.
