We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Michelle Ravitch a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

When I created Ravitch’s Rentals, I knew I wanted to “escape the matrix” and be self-employed. However, it dawned on me later how beneficial it is for my sisters or any family member to always have a job for the rest of their life. You can’t beat the job security of knowing you can also be an executive board member of the family business. It really hit home though, after my younger sister Katy applied for her first job and quit after the first day. (No judgment here). As someone who did not enjoy the experience of working in the restaurant industry, I completely empathized with her, and want for my sister to associate work with fun opportunities and challenges as opposed to a miserable experience where your time is traded for money. Not only can my sisters be guaranteed a healthy work environment, but I will also always have people I can count on. I made a few Indeed posts a while back in search of employees to hire, but it’s hard to find someone you trust to drive cars like Teslas which can take some time to get used to.
Michelle, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
My company is a luxury car rental business that provides our clients with top-of-the-line vehicles for any occasion. We’re here to make sure that our customers can have a luxurious and memorable experience behind the wheel of one of our vehicles. There are a few things that make us stand out. First of all, we take pride in our excellent customer service. We want our clients to feel like royalty when they come to us, and we do everything we can to make sure their experience is exceptional. Additionally, we have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from, so our customers can find the perfect car for their needs. We also have a diverse range of clients, from individuals looking for a fun weekend getaway to businesses that need a high-end vehicle for a special event. We also provide cars for birthday parties, business people who travel, and other professionals who need reliable and luxurious transportation for their clients. At the end of the day, I’m proud of the fact that we can offer our customers a truly unforgettable experience. We’re not just renting out cars – we’re providing our clients with an opportunity to indulge in luxury and enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime experience. It’s incredibly rewarding to see the smiles on our customers’ faces when they drive off in one of our vehicles.
How did you build your audience on social media?
