Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Michelle M. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Michelle, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Was there a moment in your career that meaningfully altered your trajectory? If so, we’d love to hear the backstory.

In 2018 I was struggling with self-worth. I made the decision to change my mindset. I found help listening to and reading books. When I made that change, I believe I attracted the “right people, at the right time!” While working for a doctor, I met 2 very important people. I honestly love people and often connect with them, especially during the treatment process. One client actually tipped me $1,000. Not too long after that, another client made an “offer I couldn’t refuse”! She put me in a very good position to start my own business. I used the tip money as a deposit on my one-room windowless suite.

Michelle, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

Who am I ? I am a licensed esthetician, a solver of problems, skin tightener, and inch loss magician!

How did I get into the business?
I worked for a doctor who offered body contouring services. That experience taught me a lot!

What is my discipline or craft?
What gives my clients an edge is I am an artist and designer. I use my design training to create beautiful silhouettes

What types of products services and creative works are online?
I offer body shaping, cellulite reduction, skin tightening, inch loss, muscle recovery, IV therapy, & Halotherapy. We also have a product line that includes scrubs, hot cream, inch-loss cream, cellulite gel, and workout belts.

What problem do I solve?
We do so much more than inch loss, we restore confidence, we create an environment of peace, we burn calories in the pods, and with laughter

What sets me apart from others?
What’s special about Contour Club is that we have a unique blend of treatments that addresses all the client’s needs! We have the most innovative equipment in our area. Our combination of treatments accelerates client results.

What am I most proud of?
I am most proud of the client results! My business relies on the fact that my clients are happy and they share that fact with friends.

What is the main thing you want clients to know about?
I want clients to know that I am invested in their results just as much as they are! I am always looking for the BEST for them!

Other than training/knowledge, what do you think is most helpful for succeeding in your field?

Other than training, an attitude of service is NECESSARY. One must see themselves as much more than a servant; more like an attendant, and a problem solver. I am honored to be the hero, cheerleader, and supporter in someone’s story!

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

The MOST effective strategy for growing my clientele has been my personal commitment to getting my client’s outstanding results and creating an atmosphere of peace and a phenomenal client experience. My work speaks for itself. When my client’s friends and family see them in person, they see the change! That is the BEST calling card out there.
