We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Michelle Langone. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Michelle below.
Alright, Michelle thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What’s been the most meaningful project you’ve worked on?
The most meaningful project I’ve worked on so far is my most recent full-length album, “From My Soul To Yours,” which is truly a compilation of years of work and preparation. It was released on November 1, 2024, and received over 1 million streams on Spotify within its first month, as a completely independent artist without a clear marketing plan or strategy.
It is hard to put into words how much this project means to me. Every single step along the journey of creating this changed the fabric of my soul and my reality forever. I became a completely different person in the process, and truly, the best version of myself. This project asked so much of me, and required me to surrender every last part of myself that held me back in any way. It asked me to step into my highest, most embodied self, and to have the courage to share that with the world when for all the years prior to this moment in time, it felt much safer to hide in the dark or in obscurity than it did to shine fully in the light. When I made the decision to commit to this project, which ultimately was the commitment to a lifelong career and legacy as an artist, I experienced MANY setbacks that would have made anyone in their right mind give up, but equally, I walked into many extraordinary miracles along this heroine’s journey. I want to take you all back in time with me for a moment to help set the stage and prepare to listen to this album.
My story begins in 2019.
I spent an entire semester in college chronically fatigued, with a conglomeration of debilitating physical symptoms no doctor could ever figure out the root cause of, but deemed “incurable” and “of an autoimmune nature.” I stayed in bed most days, skipping class, writing poems from my bed while battling fevers, and dreaming of a better life. A life where I had the energy and vitality to express all of the magic I felt bubbling up from within me. A life of freedom, not stagnation. A life uncaged. A limitless life.
On April 22, 2019, I received a phone call that literally changed the course of my life forever.
See, I always had the desire in my heart to do exactly what I do now – to be someone who shared their creative gifts with the world as an artist. But at this time, I was studying History because I thought that going after my dream was not the logical thing to do, and that I would not be supported. That my dream was impossible, and I needed to do something more practical, like being a lawyer. I was taking pre-law classes and fully preparing myself to go to law school after college, despite every cell in my being screaming “no, don’t go down that path, you are not meant to!”
Cue the soul transformational journey of a lifetime—I finally surrendered to the highest plan for my life. What felt like true divine intervention to take me off the path that I was currently walking on out of fear and obligation, and place me onto my true, heart desired soul-led path came into my reality and shocked me like an electric jolt. It was at this point, that the belief I had in God as a child that I later rejected as a teen and young adult experiencing life’s troubles, came back in full force, because I witnessed what I deemed to be a miracle. A gatekeeper in the music industry had discovered 20 year old Michelle’s instagram video of her singing a cover of Lady Gaga’s song, “A Million Reasons.” They wanted to work with me to develop me as an artist.
At this time, my entire world took on a surreal, cinematic quality, as if I had just exited out of a dull, black and white silent film and entered into a world of vibrant, ethereal color. I suddenly felt like I was about to walk right into my destiny, something the deepest part of me knew I wanted all along but was too afraid to ask for, or to take the action needed to position myself in that direction. Higher benevolent forces gently nudged me to take this path, and without fear or trepidation, I answered the Calling.
Through this extraordinary, ineffable experience, that can only be described as a “spiritual awakening” – more miracles ensued. I realized that I was not alone anymore in the universe – that somehow I had made contact with something much bigger than me, that heard my inner spirit’s deepest yearning and prayers. I was a soul longing to be expressed, to heal, to feel, and to come out of the darkness, and into the glorious light. I felt like God had called me back Home, after eons of feeling disconnected, fragmented, and separated from that divine unity with the Creative force that formed me and all that exists…
This experience (and the experiences that ensued) began an explosive timeline of RAPID transformation. Overnight, I dropped my addictions to alcohol, marijuana, a one-sided relationship, (all of which I had been struggling with since age 15), and corticosteroids I had been using since infancy to suppress my body’s chronically inflamed allergenic condition, and committed to a life of holistically healing my body, mind, and soul, commiting to my one, true, highest-aligned soul-based love, with whom I had began writing music with only a couple of months prior for fun, and ended up discovering my voice and message through those early experiences. Through the fruit of this union, I fully stepped into my soul’s purpose as a music artist here to serve in the collective awakening of humanity.
With this massive quantum leap towards changing my life in the positive direction, came a ton of clapback—I suffered my most intense NDE (near death experience) to date on May 31, 2019, only about a month after the news, as I began my holistic healing journey and was accidentally exposed to one of my deadly allergens. I was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance with the most intensely excruciating and severe case of anaphylactic shock which left me marred with necrotic tissue in my left deltoid from one of the myriad injections given to me that night.
This gruesome event did not stop me from living June-December 2019 as if I were no longer a human being in a limited body. Through my near death experience, I got in touch with the limitless, eternal part of me, who I truly am behind the ego construct that you know as Michelle Langone—my soul.
I learned that my soul was, is, and will always be. That I am a soul, and that I have a mind, and I have a body—and that suddenly, my mind and my body were finally being used properly as the vehicle for my soul, to live out an epic human existence and tell the story, through poetry, film, and song.
From June 2019-June 2020, I simply trained my vocals by taking a weekly voice lesson, took dance classes, wrote some poems, and started a holistic healing journey that focused on diet, exercise, supplements, and energetic healing practices like acupuncture, yoga, and meditation. This was the time where I was “freeing up the space,” in my mind and body, to be able to be used as the vessel for these massive, divinely inspired projects to come through. During this time I did not write any songs, but instead only wrote potential song titles, and amassed a very large list of titles that I later referenced in my first songwriting sessions that began in August 2020 with my collaborators in Nashville, TN.
The first song of this project that my audience heard from me, released in April 2024, “A Million Stars,” was that very first song we wrote at the first writing session, and the vocals you hear on the record are the first and only take ever recorded—at the actual songwriting session in my producer’s home studio. It was as if the momentum of my life’s experiences from the entire year prior all culminated in that moment. The irony of it all is, I hated the song at first, I felt it was too “poppy”. So I decided not to put it out…until much later. I had a complete change of heart, because this song really describes the origin of this epic journey.
After my first day of writing though, I was immediately met with disapproval by the leader of my team at that time, and was discouraged from bringing my own unique song ideas, concepts and poems to the writing sessions—I was told to “let the professionals do their thing, and don’t say anything. Just let them write for you.” Needless to say, this deeply upset me, as someone who cared so deeply about my own message as an artist and wanting to say exactly what I wanted to convey in each of my songs, knowing my music will outlive me when I am gone; each of my songs is my legacy.
I came home from that first series of writing sessions with a mixed bag of emotions, but overall content, because through my persistence in not listening to the leader, I was able to execute my own vision to the best of my abilities. However, some months went by, and my team at the time went quiet.
“Hello? Guys? Are we still making this EP?”
A couple months went by and I finally heard back:
“We think you need to write some more – not enough good pop/commercial records came from this first round to make the EP—let’s schedule 4 more writing sessions over zoom”
A little discouraged, I did as I was told. It turns out, only 1 song out of the 4 next writing sessions were “approved” to be on my EP. I had no idea who was “approving” or “disapproving” my songs, I was just being told what to do by the human being I established as my authority at the time to guide me in my journey in the music industry. I didn’t make a move without his approval.
January 2021 comes around, and I’m finally then “approved” to record a 5 song EP in Nashville. I complete the task, and return home, awaiting my next steps. More time goes by as I wait…
“Guys? I recorded my EP a couple months ago, are we going to put it out? I need some album art for it don’t I?”
At around this time, I was starting to realize something was fishy about this operation. I tried to keep my hopes up, but as more time went by, my project kept being put on the backburner with extremely slow response rates, and I started to feel like I needed to take matters into my own hands…my voice and my image and even worse, my life’s timeline and trajectory were no longer in my control and this deeply upset me.
In April of 2021 I was then asked for a copious amount of money upfront for one of his team members to create album art for me. I received back something that looked extremely unprofessional and at this point, felt like I had been stolen from. We got a lawyer involved.
In a feverish attempt to keep my dream of bringing my music into the world afloat, I teamed up with my high school friend Carlos Doce, who went to NYU for film to help direct my first music video for my single, “Made To Be,” a project that took us 8 months because it was the first time we had ever done something like this in our lives, and because I cared so deeply about that particular song, its message, and what I wanted to convey in the storyline of the visuals. Looking back, working on that project with him and my director of photography (who I still work with to this day) Angelica Bourland, truly kept my spirits up as I was facing a rather hopeless situation with the initial team I thought was going to help me reach my goals but pretty much abandoned me at this point.
By September of 2021, my chronic health issues reared their ugly head, and over a year had gone by since my first writing session. At this point, my original producer was no longer interested in working with me, and so I found the courage to use my voice and specifically ask my original leader (who was long gone at this point from guiding me in my journey) to find me a new producer to work with, because I was not happy with the current version of my EP and I was told not to put “The Sound of Your Voice” – a song I wrote on my second writing day in Nashville – on the album. I demanded that it be put on the album, because it was personally, my favorite song. It felt more authentically true to me than any of the others, and reflected the story of my soul’s awakening through love, creativity, and music – the legacy and message I wanted to build my entire career upon.
By October of 2021, he finally answered my request, and found me the guys I create with to this day, who helped me bring both “Coming Home” and “From My Soul To Yours” to life – the dynamic duo, Jake and Austin of Bhavior Music. This was the turning point of my entire journey. I use the exact vocal take from the original songwriting session in August of 2020 (yes, the one and only vocal take) of “The Sound of Your Voice” and let Jake and Austin work their magic. Simultaneously, I reach out to my angel co-writer Kayliann Lowe, who I met on day 2 of my writing sessions in Nashville (who was ironically the substitute writer that day assigned to me because I was originally scheduled to work with someone else) – and I express to her that I am not happy with my current EP. In the month of November 2021 I wrote out a vision for a whole new one – one with 7 songs on it – and she brought her brother Doug onto the project, and the three of us add 4 more songs – Heart and Head, Out The Dark, Home, and Freedom. Now I felt my EP was something I could be proud of thanks to the help of this particular team of angels that stayed with me into the next phase of my creative journey.
I make the decision to create another music video for this EP for “The Sound of Your Voice” with my friends Angelica and Carlos in the same month, and decide to put this single out first on February 11, 2022 (the date my team chose for me), followed by the single “Made To Be” and its music video on March 25th. I recorded the new songs for the EP in the months January-March, and by June 1, 2022, “Coming Home,” with the album art as a blank canvas representing the blank slate I became through the process of delivering my whole heart and soul into that project, was finally birthed.
Finally. A three year long process – for 7 songs. I felt drained to say the least, but content. That is, until I realized, my heart had many, many more songs to share, yet to be written, and I was out of funds, strategy – and my original team had left my reality completely at this point.
June 2022-September 2022 were spent in a liminal no-man’s-land where I truly did not know what was next for me. I made a split second decision to apply for UCF’s MBA program back in March because I did not have faith at this point that my music career would ever become a thing. I was so mentally, emotionally, financially, and spiritually drained from the process I underwent in the early years that led to the creation of that EP album, that I felt heavily discouraged from moving forward. I figured, “well, you went for it, and it didn’t pan out. You tried your best. Now go back into the real world and be practical…”
So I move to Orlando, FL, fully prepared to say goodbye to music and hello to a two year long MBA program.
After a couple of months of moving in and getting settled, the literal day before the program began, I froze. Something much bigger than me took over me and started directing my actions, acting quite erratically and irrationally, frankly upsetting my parents and frightening myself. I dropped out of my MBA program before classes began. I felt humbly surrendered to a force much, much bigger than the little me that had been steering the ship this whole time. I remember vividly hearing my assignment given to me in my spirit:
“You are going to write a 17 song album. You are going to name it, “From My Soul To Yours.” You will share your story of Finding Me in depth. It will be like the soundtrack to the movie about your awakening. You will write it from the perspective of expressing yourself to your true love, to God, and to all of humanity. This is an album about Divine Union. These are the titles of the tracks. Write these down:
A Million Stars
The Flame
Limitless
The Key
Breath Of Life
The Anthropologist
The One
Connection
Remember
No Words
Imagine This
Under Our Tree
Uncaged
A World Of Our Own
Original
Heaven On Earth
Eternal
I got to working as fast as my earthly self could gather the resources to begin.
“Kayliann!!! I have an idea for the next project… let’s write a single called, “Limitless!”
The single that officially began this project, “Limitless” was written with just Kayliann and I through zoom back in September 2022.
Two months later in November 2022, I propose the full album to her. She loves the concept and brings two angels onto our team: her brother Doug, who we worked with on the last 4 new additions to “Coming Home,” and the incredible Bill DiLuigi, her long time friend and collaborator she felt was the perfect match for my artistry because of his innate unique poetic lyricism that is on par with my vision. We formed our dream team together and the next song we worked on ended up being the finale track on the album — “Eternal.” During the writing session, Bill suggested we write the bridge in Italian, paying homage to my ancestry and bringing in my soul essence through my operatic singing in that portion of the song. I knew from that day forward he would be a collaborator of mine for life.
The rest is history. We wrote not only this album, but a whole other album coming next year, in the time span of November 2022-May 2024. During that time, a whole new team formed around me, as I suddenly took back control of my life’s purpose, destiny, and direction, and became the captain of my ship again as I decided to share the truth of my soul through these songs with the entire world. This was the year I decided to become Limitless, to break free from every chain holding me back, and inspire others through sharing this story of overcoming every battle to share the light that God placed inside each and every single one of us. Through God, all things are possible. When I thought there was no way for me, God truly made a way for me in each wilderness, every single time. I was blessed to be able to shoot music videos for all 7 of the singles, plus 4 extra unexpected music videos got to be added to the project in January 2025, to be released towards the end of this year and at the beginning of next year. I will be telling the story of “From My Soul To Yours” through it’s visuals in the same structure I released my singles last year – releasing a music video a month – while simultaneously working on my second LP album, “Our Corner Of The Universe” – a continuation of the “From My Soul To Yours” story. I feel blessed beyond belief to be able to tap into the art and music from the depths of my soul and birth it into the world. I thank God every single day.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
Michelle views the performing arts as the greatest gift to the world. Music has the power to heal, to strengthen, to empower, and to bring peace of mind to both the listener and the performer alike.
Having virtually no formal vocal training until her junior year of high school, Michelle recognized a passion for the performing arts early on. She began dancing and playing piano at a very young age but fell in love with the art of singing as her most authentic method of expression. She was known to serenade all of her siblings into the world, and even had her first live performance in front of an audience at the age of 2! She sung all throughout her childhood as her most joyful and authentic method of self-expression. She sang in her school choir from age 11 to 18, and participated in the Florida All State Choirs of 2012, 2014, 2015, and 2016. She competed in Solo and Ensemble singing competitions from 2012-2016 in both the solo and duet categories, receiving superior ratings at the district and state levels, and performance honors at the statewide competitions. In her junior year of high school, she was one of only five students selected to perform in the honors recital at the state-level competition at Palm Beach Atlantic University. The following year, she received this same honor. She also received the first-place prize for the Young Solo Artist Competition in April 2016. Through this musical background, she developed a unique sound that was categorized as a soprano in terms of range, but a tone quality that was both rich and warm. These early experiences grounded her classical roots and style.
At the same time she performed classical music, she also developed a passion for musical theatre, as the acting and performance aspect towards expressing music captivated her. She participated in middle school and high school theatre, and in her junior year of high school, she received her first lead role when she cast as Rosa Bud in her school’s production of “The Mystery of Edwin Drood.” This leading lady role required strong operatic abilities and a large range. She received an OBIE theater award, where she was recognized for an outstanding performance in the role, and a South Florida Cappie Award in the category of “Best Female Vocalist.” The South Florida Cappie Awards involve the public, private, and parochial schools of the Broward and Palm Beach counties to recognize the best in high school theatre. Thousands attend this “Tony’s Style” annual gala at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, and local journalists, media personalities, professional actors, and community leaders present the prestigious awards to the students. The following year, in her senior year of high school, Michelle had been cast as The Lady of the Lake in Monty Python’s Spamalot. This role, the polar opposite of the previous production’s role, required extreme vocal versatility, covering genres ranging from opera, to soul and R&B, to scat and jazz, and of course, blatantly ostentatious musical theatre. For her vocal abilities showcased through this role as well as her acting, she received yet another OBIE Award and a South Florida Cappie Award in the category of “Best Female Vocalist.” Aside from her high school’s productions, she competed in the International Thespians Society’s Florida Statewide competitions, receiving commendable reviews, a superior rating, and praise, for her performance of “Wishing you were Somehow Here Again,” from the Phantom of the Opera.
In October 2013, as a sophomore in high school, she and her Solo and Ensemble operatic duet partner, Dalit Merenfeld, and classmate and fellow soprano Nicole Birmaher, realized what had initially sparked their passion for singing. Their love was sparked not by receiving judgment and recognition through competitions, but rather, by watching listeners smile as a melody took them back to their childhood or seeing them tear up as they remembered easier times. This had been unlike anything they had ever known. To witness how music elicited these emotions grounded them in their shared human experience. They understood the power of music and wished to bring joy and peace to the community with their offerings. They created “Singing for Smiles,” a non-profit, entirely student-driven organization, which utilized the musical talents of local high-school and middle-school aged students and provided performances at local nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, hospices, centers for the disabled, and children’s hospitals, bringing joy through music to the places that needed it the most. Venues in South Florida included the JCS Special Needs Program, the V.I. Assisted Living Center, Imperial Assisted Living Home, Regents Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Kidz Korner Plantation Rehabilitation Center, The Broward Children’s Center, Manor Oaks Nursing Home, Gracious Living Assisted Living Home, and the Miami Beach Senior Center. This organization has won the Honorable Mention Award at both the 2015 and 2016 Annual Miami Herald Silver Knight Awards Ceremony.
In 2016, Michelle attended college and continued performing in every way she could. She began her undergraduate academic career studying operatic performance, and in her freshman year at the Blair School of Music at Vanderbilt University, she orchestrated a collaborative recital in which she performed “Io Ti Penso Amore,” by David Garrett, from the movie “The Devil’s Violinist.” After a full year of studying classical music through a conservatory-style education, she decided she wanted to venture off into more creative musical pursuits in the realm of popular/contemporary music and musical theatre. After her freshman year, she collaborated with two other music students in creating a total of eight cover songs as a demo for obtaining local singing gigs at restaurants for the summer, which she recorded on her computer. That summer she received a chance opportunity to record in a recording studio for the first time, and she chose her favorite song on the radio at the time— “Million Reasons” by Lady Gaga. This was the moment she decided to undergo a change in direction towards popular music, especially pop acoustic covers, because these songs deeply resonated with her. She continued pursuing musical theatre during her sophomore year, receiving an Honorable Mention in the 2018 Hal Leonard Vocal Competition in the Musical Theatre Category for her rendition of “Burn” from Hamilton and “And This is my Beloved” from Kismet. In the second semester of her sophomore year, she transferred to her state college, the University of Florida, to study History and entrepreneurship while still pursuing her passions of music and musical theatre. In her first semester at UF, she was cast as Mary Magdalene in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s “Jesus Christ Superstar,” and simultaneously found a local recording studio, Skylab Production Studios, where she would create her next musical projects at. One of these was a cover of “Hallelujah,” by Leonard Cohen. At the same time, she began the University of Florida Chapter of her music service organization, Singing for Smiles, in February 2018, where they held monthly performances at Gigi’s Playhouse Gainesville, Shands Children’s Hospital, Parkland Care Center, Oak Hammock Health Pavilion, Oak Hammock Assisted Living Facility, and Annie’s House Assisted Living Facility. In the fall semester of her junior year, in December 2018, she released her first studio-recorded demo on all streaming platforms, “Studio Sessions” — a compilation of cover songs which she performed at a tribute concert in November 2018 in memory of her best friend’s mother who passed away from stomach cancer the year before. Shortly after, she released “The Michelle Langone Christmas Album,” as a gift to her father, whose birthday is December 24th. It includes his favorite holiday songs in the classic musical style of his parent’s era, with a modern twist. That New Year’s Eve, she performed her first original song, a collaborative piece with a creative partner, which marked the beginning of her venturing into a brand new musical genre entirely, pushing the boundaries and exploring new creative possibilities by mixing her operatic roots with celestial pop and R&B fusion, combined with electronic elements as the vocalist alongside a male rapper she met in college who encouraged her to expand her creative horizons beyond what she could have ever even imagined for herself. On April 20, 2019, she performed the favorite songs of another friend’s mother who had passed, for a Pancreatic Cancer fundraising event, “Mami’s Message.” The setlist ranged from classical opera, to jazz, to country, and singer-songwriter pop. That summer in July 2019 she performed at her cousin’s wedding, the first dance song, “You are the Best Thing,” by Ray LaMontagne. When she returned to school for her final fall semester as an undergraduate student, she performed the Studio Session-inspired setlist for the second annual tribute concert in memory of Debbie Zelman, late founder of the Debbie’s Dream Stomach Cancer Foundation (and best friend’s mother) in September 2019. She then had the incredible opportunity that same month to represent the United States of America in Italy’s “Cantagiro” annual vocal competition in Fiuggi, Italy, where she performed the operatic cinematic aria, “Io Ti Penso Amore.” When she returned, she continued performing with Singing for Smiles until she graduated in December 2019. Soon after graduation, she auditioned for NBC’s “The Voice” in January 2020 and received the red card callback at the open call. When the COVID-19 pandemic dramatically shifted the way we enjoy the arts in March 2020, Michelle took to her social media platforms to continue providing live performances digitally for the people stuck at home, performing weekly “Thursday night live” specials and ending the year 2020 with a 3 week Christmas Song Special. In August 2020 she began to collaborate with incredible songwriters and producers to begin the creation of what is now her debut EP album of original music, entitled “Coming Home” – which reflected on her spiritual awakening journey and the process of releasing everything that was not truly “her” to “come home” to herself and to God. The album art showcases a blank canvas, representing the “blank slate”/”tabula rasa” state she transformed into upon completing the body of work, to become the canvas upon which the Spirit of God could paint. This EP represented her rebirth into her eternal soul self, while still in her physical body. The first single from this album, “The Sound of Your Voice” was released on February 11, 2022 with its accompanying music video, and the second single, “Made to Be” was released on March 25, 2022 with its accompanying music video. Michelle collaborated with Twelve Entertainment and The Miami Film Network to create the visuals in the “Coming Home” EP era from 2021-2022 . Michelle found a love for screenwriting, directing, producing, and all the components in the world of cinematography during the creative process of these projects, as she learned that this art form can “Make a long story short” – leaving audience members awestruck with powerful visuals which capture more than a thousand words ever could. Michelle finally released her debut EP album of 7 original songs, “Coming Home,” on June 1, 2022 – the musical compilation of her earliest years of songwriting as a soloist. Shortly after, she went on a creative marathon and wrote, produced, and distributed her greatest body of work, her debut 17-song LP album, “From My Soul To Yours” from September 2022-November 2024. During this two year period, she also released EDM remixes to 2 songs from the “Coming Home” Album – A remix to “The Sound Of Your Voice” on July 28, 2023 called “The Sound Of Your Voice Reimagined” and a remix to “Home,” the titular single on the EP, called “Home Reimagined” on March 8, 2024, with an accompanying music video directed by Angelica Bourland of The Miami Film Network. On October 20, 2023, she also released another mini EP entitled, “Interlude” – to describe the period of time between acts – as she viewed the intensely creative and productive time between her debut EP and her debut LP to be this sacred pause, a moment in time “between acts of the show”. She is a true operatic woman and theatre lover at heart. From February 2024-January 2025 she shot the visuals for the “From My Soul To Yours Project, which are scheduled to be distributed to the masses throughout 2025 and early 2026 along with filmed live performances. She even finished writing her second album from August 2023-May 2024, “Our Corner Of The Universe,” a continuation of the “From My Soul To Yours” story, which she is now gathering the resources to produce, record, mix, master, and distribute. In December of 2024, after releasing “From My Soul To Yours,” she released her very first original Christmas record, “That Night,” with its accompanying music video, directed by Austin Dicterson, “Adcutit.” By April of 2025, she released her first major collaboration in the mainstream music industry with hip hop artist Quavo, entitled, “No Matter What,” with its accompanying music video, also directed by Austin Dicterson, “Adcutit.”
Upon releasing her debut full-length album, “From My Soul To Yours,” on November 1, 2024, she received 1,034,556 streams on spotify within its first month in the spotlight. Her single “Limitless” from the album, released May 31, 2024, reached #32 in the US Apple Pop Charts within its first month, and the following single, “Breath of Life,” released on June 21, 2024, made it on the radio, and it charted at #36 on the Mediabase CHR Activator Chart (Top 40), and debuted at #37 on the Mediabase HACActivator Chart as of the first week of February, 2025. Other notable placements include the single “Uncaged,” which reached #2 on the Local Pulse Spotify Chart in San Francisco, #6 in Dallas, #38 in Chicago, and #76 in Miami the week of August 23-29, 2024), the single “A World Of Our Own” which reached #4 on the Local Pulse Spotify Chart in San Diego, #6 in Dallas, #20 in Chicago, and #74 in Miami the week of October 4-10, 2024), and the single single “Eternal” which reached #1 on the Local Pulse Spotify Chart in San Diego, #20 in Chicago, and #23 in Dallas the week of November 1-7, 2024. As of May 31, 2025, Michelle’s song “The Key” reached #41 on the Mediabase CHR Activator Chart (Top 40).
Through these experiences, Michelle discovered that her musical style and deeply impactful message truly encapsulates a timeless, story-telling, cinematic quality, and she later became known to accompany many of her songs with music videos that were essentially mini movies. She has released music videos for her single, “Home Reimagined,” “That Night,” “A Million Stars,” “No Matter What” (Feat. Quavo), and has most recently released the much anticipated music video for her single, “Limitless.” She has yet to release her videos for her singles “Breath Of Life,” “No Words,” “Uncaged,” “A World Of Our Own,” “Eternal,” and bonus videos for her songs “The Key,” “Imagine This,” “The Flame,” and “The One” – all from the “From My Soul To Yours” Album – along with a recorded live performance of all 17 songs – all set to be distributed throughout the rest of 2025 and into the first quarter of 2026. Michelle describes each song on each of her albums as “arias in the greater story of her life’s movie” – each song, she has been told by her fans, could very well be its own movie soundtrack, with its own unique storyline and plot.
Michelle’s musical style stays true to the classics, while bringing forth a modern edge. She is a classically trained musician at heart, with a knack for bending the rules, blending genres, and playing outside of the box of established conventions with her versatile singing ability. She never felt like she fit into this world or into any specific genre, so she set out to create her own. She describes music as her medicine. It is her mission as an artist to explore all the boundless ways of expressing through the human voice, while collaborating with others who share this vision and passion, and contributing to the greatest works of art of our generation.
Along with music, film, photography, dance, poetry, and the performing arts, (truly, all forms of creative expression) Michelle is wildly passionate about all things holistic health, because through reclaiming her health by combining ancient wisdom with modern science and adopting a truly clean, healthy, non-toxic, and active lifestyle, she was able to heal from the chronic illnesses and symptoms that used to plague her and instead embody her most impactful, limitless self, when she once was too sick to live a normal life. Her story is truly a miraculous one of faith that moved mountains, and hope that decimated every setback that threatened to hold her back. Hers is a story of resurrection, rebirth, and truly walking in God’s glory. While she was building her musical career, she took to her social media accounts to share and document the holistic wellness practices and lifestyle changes she implemented on her healing journey, which directly coincided with her creative journey. She became a “Lifebook Leader” in 2021 during the “Coming Home” era, where she represented the Lifebook Company, created by Jon and Missy Butcher, on their mission to transform at least one million lives by bringing the Lifebook 12-Category smart system to global consciousness and empower individuals to reach for the highest possible quality of life through education and awareness while helping others do the same. Michelle, who completed her first Lifebook course from June-December 2020, attributes her success in the last 5 years of her life to having a Lifebook and the Lifebook system which helped her form a clear vision that overcame all obstacles that came her way on her path. Through the Lifebook network and Mindvalley community, she truly transformed her body, mind, and soul and overcame the odds stacked against her from her former life before her spiritual awakening. At the same time she studied all things body, mind, and soul related, she taught music and singing lessons to her students from January 2016-January 2024 – training students from ages 8-60 in both classical and contemporary singing styles, with a specialization in helping people unblock and discover their unique vocal gifts, and help them use their voices to overcome their fear and speak, sing, and create from their truest self. Her day jobs during her building years also included working as a real estate agent’s assistant in Miami, FL from February 2021-July 2021, an intern at a Personal Injury Law Firm in Hollywood, FL from May 2017-August 2017, a babysitter from May 2017-August 2017, a vocal director at a Summer Arts Camp from June 2015-May 2016, a tutor in high school Spanish, Physics, and Calculus from January 2015-May 2016, a sales representative at an art gallery in Fort Lauderdale, FL from July 2021-November 2021, and a hostess at a sushi restaurant in college from October 2018-April 2019 (at this historic job, she had the sudden strike of inspiration to write down the 7 (later 8) tracks that would become her first recorded project, “Studio Sessions,” on a napkin).
Michelle also worked as a sales representative for a couple of health and wellness related companies, such as Live Ultimate, Healy, and later on worked as an ambassador for the Hippocrates Health Institute in West Palm Beach, FL. She also worked as a receptionist at Hippocrates’ “Become Organic Salon,” as Michelle is a huge proponent of natural, non-toxic beauty products and often shares her non-toxic beauty and skincare routines online on her social media channels. From February 2024-June 2025, Michelle also became an instagram influencer for “FA Better Body” – a wellness center oriented around utilizing advanced medical technology to help people reduce their pain and improve their bodies’ overall health, and through this partnership, became involved with Miami’s vibrant community of content creators, purpose-led entrepreneurs, and wellness influencers through the “Creators House” community, founded by Alvaro Nunez of Super Luxury Group and co-founder Hofit Golan. Michelle performed songs from her album “From My Soul To Yours” live for their March 8, 2025 and June 1, 2025 events. Through the friends and community she met through this network who all share her passion for total body, mind, and soul wellness, and mission of healing, awakening, and service to the planet, she also became involved with the Biohack Miami and Quantum Entrepreneurial communities.
On March 5, 2025, she founded and launched her very first product, an exclusive essential oil based soy wax scented candle collection entitled “Light By Langone” — each candle, like her songs, tells its own story through scent and soul. These candles are each named after a different type of “light” found within creation as well as their scents. They are each inscribed with the words of Jesus, “You are the light of the world” (Matthew 5:14) – a daily reminder to all who wish to receive this remembrance of our true nature and purpose here on planet earth – to be a light in the darkness. Everything Michelle does, she infuses with heart, with soul, and with the deepest love that she has been awakened by – the love of the Creator that made all that is. Her purpose is to Create, and to inspire others to do the same, and to help others remember who they truly are.
On May 31, 2025, Michelle launched her official merchandise website, which includes her signature specialty items such as her “Bicep Bracelet” – “an iconic piece of jewelry, the Bicep Bracelet from the “Uncaged” music video has become known among the Michelle Langone fanbase as the quintessential attribute of the artist, depicting power, strength, and victory. It is worn on her left shoulder, where she received an injection that left her with a necrotic tissue injury during a near-death experience, right before her journey as a music artist began. The bicep bracelet is a symbol of resilience, strength, and overcoming all obstacles.” Other specialty items include the “From My Soul To Yours” creative visioning journal, a journal made for introspection, self reflection, inspiration, creativity, and imagining dreams into reality, the “From My Soul To Yours” duffle bag, exercise mat, and water bottle, and of course the quintessential merchandise items that include the “From My Soul To Yours” hoodies, crewnecks, t-shirts, socks, tote bags, beanies, framed photos, posters, stickers, magnets, and mugs.
Aside from her musical and entrepreneurial endeavors, Michelle is extremely passionate about service, and is currently in the process of rebranding/reviving/revitalizing/reorganizing and reigniting “Singing For Smiles” with her co-founders Dalit Merenfeld and Nicole Birmaher, to not only be performance-based, but also transform into an official music therapy-based organization, because the three are extremely passionate towards utilizing music as medicine. Singing for Smiles 2.0 will not only provide services for nursing homes, assisted living centers, centers for the disabled, and children’s hospitals, it will expand even further to provide for homeless shelters, infant ICU units, oncology centers, and addiction recovery centers as well.
Michelle is also expanding her service-oriented efforts towards teaching music and the arts and providing age-appropriate sing-along entertainment for the underprivileged youth, with focuses on orphanages, under-funded public schools, and daycare centers, focusing on bringing a community together of passionate young volunteer musicians, performers, and music educators, and artists to re-ignite an arts-focused education effort amongst the coming generation. Michelle believes that if we focus our efforts in the education systems, and expose children to the arts early on, our society would shift for the better.
In addition to these ventures, Michelle will be partnering with her long time service-oriented friends, who she used to co-run “Debbie’s Dream” with and focus their efforts towards educating and advocating for holistic health awareness and mind-body-soul wellness practices on college campuses, to start college kids on the track towards living a healthy preventative lifestyle that assists in the development of a life of health rather than the development of chronic disease, as she and her age cohort have all experienced during their adolescence and young adulthood in college. Michelle and her community are passionate about changing the culture around health and wellness on a collective scale, starting with the younger generations – their focuses will be towards making a healthy lifestyle a fun social experience, rather than an isolating one, since most college experiences are centered around partying and doing harmful things to our young bodies and creating very poor physical, emotional, and mental health in order to fit in socially. It is time for a change.
Michelle is also very passionate about bringing all of her holistic health and wellness tools, practices, and education, to the greater community, but specifically to the community of first responders and the western medical paradigm at large. She is the daughter of a medical doctor and a nurse and has witnessed first hand the brokenness of the system that focuses on treating symptoms rather than truly curing and preventing disease, but also recognizes its necessity in emergency situations as she has experienced first hand many times. She speaks openly about her near death experiences on ambulances due to anaphylactic shock. She is deeply aware of this paradigm, but she wishes to bring a more holistic perspective into it. Her first music partner in college who she remained close with since the very beginning of their friendship, later decided to go to EMT school in late 2024 as well as the fire academy to become a firefighter, and Michelle witnessed firsthand how deeply this particular community that gives everything of themselves to serve us, needs to be served. These jobs are highly stressful and they are not taught how to properly recover their bodies and nervous systems from the stressors of the job. Michelle decided to apply her mission of using music as medicine and all things holistic health a step further by partnering with a local ex-firefighter named John Kelly who is now on a mission to bring funding to all fire stations to provide holistic health services to our first responders while simultaneously educating and coaching first responders on a 1:1 basis to reclaim and maintain their health. Michelle offered John’s community of first responders an online sound healing ministry to nurture and reset their nervous systems after experiencing trauma in action. Michelle’s sound healing ministry began when she ventured into the world of sound healing in late 2023 and offered sound healing sessions on the beach and at various local community events on a volunteer basis to educate on the importance of sound healing for a regulated and healthy nervous system. She often likes to sing while playing her sound bowls. Transitioning her efforts online allows her to be in all places at once and serve not just first responders, but the whole world.
Michelle is extremely grateful for her myriad musical, creative, entrepreneurial, and service-oriented experiences throughout her lifetime. Through her music production company, Michelle Langone Music Productions, LLC, she spends her days creating uplifting, activating, and healing works of art to inspire the next generation towards expansion, awareness, truth, and love. She is grateful to be able to collaborate with incredibly talented individuals in order to ground this vision into reality.

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?
Absolutely. Absolutely. Before I met my music partner in college who awakened my creative and expressive gifts through his creative expression, I was not sure what my true mission, purpose, or goal was. I knew I loved the arts and enjoyed partaking in any opportunity I could to be involved in some musical or performance based project, whether it was studying music, or performing in my school’s shows, but besides singing cover songs to our audiences through the Singing for Smiles organization, I didn’t really feel like I had a true purpose behind why I did what I did. At times my pursuit in the arts felt frivolous and empty as I would unconsciously be seeking external validation, or the next high from the next time I got the chance to perform, which for many years after graduating high school was actually few and far between.
When I met my music partner in college, it was HIS music that awoke my soul and made me realize my “why.” I describe this experience in my very first single, “The Sound Of Your Voice,” which was released on February 11, 2022, and recollects the moment the sound of his voice helped me remember my own soul’s truth. After an entire summer spent silent recovering from a vocal nodule diagnosis I received at age 20 in May of 2018, I gave my first live performance at a college Halloween party – I was asked to sing an operatic song from a movie called “The Devil’s Violinist” about Nicolo Paganini, a song called, “Io Ti Penso Amore,” “I Think Of You, Love.” When I finished my song, he came up, grabbed the mic, and began freestyle rapping to a youtube beat on the spot and my jaw literally dropped at what was flowing from his lips. His lyrics were deeply meaningful, impactful, and about the depths of existence and reality that I had begun to seek. Prior to that moment in time, I had lived a life void of meaning, and therefore had set forth on the seekers path. On that night, I felt I heard the voice of God being channeled through that 19 year old young man, and it changed me forever. I grew up in the world of music, but I have never in my life been so deeply affected by another artist to that degree.
Towards the end of the party, this young man who I was admiring actually came up to me and asked ME to be HIS music partner. The rest is history. The opera singer and the rapper came together, and we coined the term “Soul Music That Starts Whole Movements.” He would rap his songs to me, both the songs he had written down and the songs he freestyled out of thin air, and I would create flowy feminine vocal melodies to wrap around his rhythmic poetry – our voices reflecting the duality of the masculine and feminine polarity within creation. I could not believe what was coming out of me at that time – I did not know I had it in me. He brought it out of me, my latent songwriting and expressive gifts. I was someone who thought that all I knew how to do was to sing other people’s songs and play characters that were not myself. He allowed me to access my truest, deepest self, and what flowed out of both of us in that time was profound beyond belief. We both channeled the music of our souls, music with deep memory, message, and meaning, infused with ancient yet eternal soul codes, but sounding like a mainstream hit pop record. We knew we were on to something – we were given the mission to create soulful, impactful music with consciousness-awakening messages – “soul music that starts whole movements” – here to create music that sounds like the world, is known in the world, but not of this world.
I never let go of our original mission together to this day – in fact, it is now inscribed in my instagram bio. This is my musical legacy – everything I have created since our first meeting together back in 2018, has been because of him awakening me. Although we have taken separate journeys, I will never let go of our original mission – it is the seed that was planted that ignited this divine journey. Literally everything I do and everything I create, stems from this mission – to help the world remember the soul – the eternal, the divine, the ineffable, the infinite – the source of all existence.

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?
The most rewarding aspect of being a creative is the privilege of feeling that my work is truly my play. I truly love what I do on a daily basis, and I can’t say that was always true for me, and I know that is not the case for a lot of people. My work truly feels like how I spent my days as a child, creating stories, singing, dancing, and using my entire body to express those stories that my wild imagination would channel. Working with my creative collaborators – my film team, my choreographers, vocal coaches, producers, engineers, co-writers – truly feels like having playdates with my best friends. Yes, there are money and contracts involved because we are adults and this is the real world – but my life as an artist truly feels like “playing in the sand” – another term my original creative partner and I coined together.
