As cousins and co-owners, when we about the legacy we hope to build, we think about the core values our marketing agency was built on. Our relationship has always been anchored in family and founded on mutual respect, which naturally extends to our team and clients.

In 2019, after a decade of working for big brands, we said “adios!” to corporate life and set out to serve clients on our own. After spending many years in corporate marketing, we knew the pros and cons of working with marketing agencies. Although some were great, many agencies were unresponsive, unreasonable, and flat-out difficult to work with. We dreamed of building an agency that didn’t just deliver great work but was actually enjoyable to work with. One that was transparent and truly lived out our core values in our day-to-day work. As the business grew, so did our vision. We found our niche in creating and executing marketing strategies for B2B companies. Since then, KNC has grown in size and capabilities, serving primarily B2B clients with some B2C clients across the Southeast. The secret sauce? We keep it real, and transparent and is all-in when it comes to ensuring our clients succeed.

Our advice for managing a team and maintaining high morale revolves around fostering an open and honest work environment. We emphasize the importance of hard work, transparency, and making time for fun. Here’s what we’ve found effective:

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
Our primary source for growth over the past 5 years has always been word-of-mouth referrals from our past and current clients. Why do we think this is? Because at the heart of everything we do lies our passion for treating people right and our unwavering commitment to excellence.
We’ve built our reputation on delivering exceptional results without compromise. Quality is non-negotiable, and every project, big or small, receives the same meticulous attention to detail. Our clients know they can trust us implicitly because we never cut corners—we’re dedicated to achieving nothing short of excellence. But it’s not just about the end result.
