We were lucky to catch up with Michelle Alamilla recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Michelle , thanks for joining us today. We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.
I’ve always loved to cook, I grew up in a home where my mom’s kitchen always smelled amazing! It didn’t matter what she was making it was always good & spicy! Once I had my own home I told myself hey I can really do this & make it a business. Everyone loved my food, my salsas were always a hit. So I just went for it, I have a lot more to learn & hope to have a better clientele in the future

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
We provide a variety of stuff chamoy candy, chamoy dip, michelada mix, salsa macha & we just added cafe de olla!
What sets us apart from everyone else is that we use good quality ingredients & everything is ALWAYS made fresh!!

Can you talk to us about how your funded your business?
N/A

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
I have never gave up, even during the times where I most wanted to. I had times where I didn’t get an order at all but I have not gave up and I will not give up.
