We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Michele Tillis a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Michele , appreciate you joining us today. Showing clients you appreciate them is something I think most folks want to do – but it’s not always clear how to do it in a meaningful way. What’s one of the best examples of client appreciation you can share with us?
The Best thing we have learned To show a client or customer we
Respect them is not only executing the product and service right
But also as they return
Giving them something they like as in
A free lunch or a Dessert
Drinks or all around love with just conversation asking them how they are doin
Is there anything we can do for them just all-around greatness
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
