Hi Micheal, thanks for joining us today. Can you tell us about a time where you or your team really helped a customer get an amazing result?
In 2020 I took a leap of faith and started my business. I never would have thought that 2022 would of been my most successful year so far. In 2022 I was blessed enough to be on TV twice , I’ve been featured on several articles and became a celebrity chef . I’m finally traveling and doing what I’m passionate about. If you’re a new business owner, don’t give up when it gets tough , you’d be surprised how much you can do in a year , you don’t dream about success, you work for it

My name is Chef Micheal Taylor, I moved to Charlotte In 2017 after finishing culinary school I had no vision or plan. From selling plates as simple as Chicken wings and fries. Realizing i can Make this into a real thing. I hosted Tastings to get my name out there and now here I am, Pursuing my dreams
Can you open up about how you funded your business?
Unfortunately I didn’t have funding for my business. I took A risk a invested money that earned from jobs to support myself, Took one a day at time, Selling plates to make more money to support my business, I will Say the support from Selling
Plates did help

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
Marketing yourself, What brings people together food! Right Using social media as a marking tool is definitely a good strategy
