We were lucky to catch up with Michael Schill recently and have shared our conversation below.

Michael , appreciate you joining us today. Can you tell us about a time where you or your team really helped a customer get an amazing result?

One of the company targets within The Full Circle is “Solve Big Problems for Big Businesses”. We believe that when you can successfully do this your value within the market place increases, profitability potential rises, and in turn the opportunity to scale at a faster rate is inevitable.

With all this being said our continued success with large clients is vital and we are happy to announce that this is indeed talking place as we speak !

One of our most recent customer success stories is with the company Tenikle, an As Seen on SharkTank and Damond John invested company.

With in only 2 weeks of partnership we have seen a %700 increase revenue generated through the service we specialize in – email and text message automation.

This is a for two main reasons. Number 1, for the client. We believe that the only true way to build a strong relationship with a business is by results. If you cant deliver results you will end up with no clients and the ability to deliver is the number one objective. The client always comes first! Number 2, for us the business. As we see more and more success withe larger clients, we gain the credibility to break in higher tier entities. Why is this so important ? My name is Michael Schill, Founder of the The Full Circle Agency. I started this business after working along side CEO and Realestste Mogul Grant Cardone for 5 years. I knew that is was finally time to take the skill sets I accumulated and apply them to something I can truly call my own.

We are a marketing and advertising firm that specializes in we specialize in reducing customer acquisition costs and maximizing lifetime value for medium to large size e-commerce brands

Our Clients include: Ebay, Lions Not Sheep, Tenikle, Amazing Lash Studios, Shine On, etc

Email/text message marketing is the quickest way to secure low hanging revenue in your business. Email/ text are like a communication “heart beat” to those who are interested in your product/ service and to those who have already said yes.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

My mentors have always said that “Eye balls are dollar signs to your business” If people do not see you they have no idea you exist. If you don’t “Exist” it is physically impossible to maintain a business.

I say this because I truly believe that all forms of branding and marketing are vital when starting a business and even more important when maintaining one.

Social Media has been pivotal in the ability to grow. We see social media as s Billboard for our company. It is the meet and greet and fact finding to our potential clients. The more we show the more people learn about who we are and what we do. Some effective ways we’ve built our audience on social media is thorough informative messaging, LIVEs with other industry experts, inside looks into day to day activities such as sales calls, and most importantly being consistent.

Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?

One saying that has always stuck with me is that anything you ever want to know can be found in a book.

If this is the case than the only challenge is actually opening one up !

Tapping into literature I feel is the one of the most effective and fastest ways to take time out of the equation in this entrepreneurial journey.
