Michael, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s talk about innovation. What’s the most innovative thing you’ve done in your career?
Definetly changing the way people see and expect bbq to taste like. we have done different combinations of flavors and things and ot has worked
From making a bomb a*s chicken to the juiciest Brisket in the block,we have combined our ethnicity with the flavors,our Pulled pork Nachos have a combination of fresh pico de gallo to sour cream and bbq Sauce and to top it off with some jalapeños for flavor and it might sound crazy but the combination of flavors work so well together.

our bbq is revolutionary and it comes with flavors that people weren’t expecting,they expect boring same o bbq flavors but we have played with our seasonings to make it bring out the flavors you won’t forget. when you hire us,you’ll know you are getting something not only you but your guest would enjoy(food makes people happy) and with a full belly you can expect that.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
we stand behind our reputation. people that know us in a personal level can assure we are honest people but when we meet a stranger they become friends and when they try our food they fall in love,they become repeat customers!
How’d you meet your business partner?
we met through my Mom,my Wife and her used to work together and she started talking to her about me,when went out on our first date and the rest is history,16 years later we are making our Dreams come true!
