Michael, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Risk taking is something we’re really interested in and we’d love to hear the story of a risk you’ve taken.
One of the biggest risks I took was in 2020. Bitcoin had already suffered a huge bear market in 2018, and it seemed like a new uptrend was beginning. I knew that I would not be a “HODL” (hold on to dear life), however. During this bull market, I decided to put 100% of my income each month to new Bitcoin purchases. I exited at a substantial profit in 2022. Was I lucky? Not exactly. I was buying after a substantial crash and the start of a new uptrend. I sold when things started to look shaky and the trend was not favorable anymore.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
In terms of my business, I do life coaching and psychic readings. I have been doing this since the year 2000. I have worked with tens of thousands of clients from all over the world. I provide life coach advice and psychic readings to people with questions about their love life and are wondering what direction things will be moving in. I am proud of the fact that many of my clients have been coming to me for many years and have found that my advice has been quite relevant and accurate. I differentiate my services from others by being specific, thoughtful, and being willing to listen. I also don’t give generalized advice. I tend to be very specific in my advice. I also work on most weekends and major holidays.
Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
The most important way to grow a clientele base is by providing exceptional service. There really is no other way to build an audience at an affordable price. If you provide exceptional service, people will gravitate towards that. It is good to ask people to spread the word, but even if you didn’t ask them to, exceptional service tends to become a lot more known as time goes on. People will find out that you’re good if you work with a few individuals and provide them with an outstanding service.
Does your business have multiple or supplementary revenue streams (like a ATM machine at a barbershop, etc)?
Well, on the side I have a tendency to day trade the stock indexes. This can sometimes generate some additional income but it can add to the stress of maintaining a business as well.
