We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Michael Chrouk. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Michael below.
Michael, appreciate you joining us today. Did you always know you wanted to pursue a creative or artistic career? When did you first know?
i’ve always been a foodie. In today’s time you can actually make a living off of what you already love to do. So I’ve decided to take that leap of faith and put myself in a position where I can earn and take care of my family while bringing everyone closer together through food, which can be considered a universal language. I want to use my earnings to take care of my family, bless other people, whether that is a random act of kindness or helping a struggling business. I just want to be able to be a blessing and spread positivity and let people know that there are still good people in this crazy world.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My name is Michael Chrouk, but most people know me online as “Mike Be Eatin”. I’m a foodie content creator with a passion for exploring flavors, cultures, and the stories behind the meals we love. What started as simply sharing my favorite eats turned into a creative outlet where I showcase everything from comfort food to global cuisine, always with personality and authenticity.
My focus is to make food fun and approachable — whether I’m highlighting local hidden gems, reviewing popular spots, or sharing unique eats that spark curiosity. I don’t just show food; I share the full experience, from the vibe to the flavor, so my followers feel like they’re right there with me.
What sets me apart is the mix of humor, honesty, and cultural appreciation I bring to my content. I’m proud of building a community that’s not only hungry for good food but also hungry for connection and conversation. Through my work, I aim to inspire people to try new things, support local businesses, and celebrate the joy of eating.
At the end of the day, MikeBeEatin is more than just a brand — it’s about enjoying food without limits, creating memorable moments, and reminding people that every bite can tell a story.

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
At the heart of my creative journey is my family. My biggest goal is to create opportunities that put us in a better situation, while also using my platform to give back. Food is a universal language, and I see it as a way to connect, uplift, and bless others — whether that’s through random acts of kindness or shining a spotlight on small and struggling businesses that deserve more recognition.
If my work can help a local restaurant stay afloat, bring new customers to a mom-and-pop shop, or simply brighten someone’s day, then I know I’m fulfilling my mission. For me, it’s not just about eating — it’s about community, kindness, and using my creativity to make a positive impact.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
I built my audience on social media by simply starting. I didn’t wait for the “perfect” camera, setup, or timing — I used what I had, shared my authentic perspective, and learned as I went. Consistency, honesty, and a genuine love for food carried me forward, and over time that grew into a community.
My advice for anyone just starting out is simple: start now. Don’t wait for the perfect moment or the perfect tools, because you’ll learn and improve as you go. Use the resources you already have, focus on creating content that feels true to you, and invest in educating yourself along the way. The key is to take that first step and keep building momentum.
