Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Michael Angel Loayza Jr. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Michael Angel, thanks for joining us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
I am Michael Angel Loayza Jr., a multifaceted artist with a passion for filmmaking, writing, and acting that runs deep within my soul. My artistic journey isn’t just a career—it’s an innate human expression, a way for me to seek personal and collective growth through film, literature, education, and music.
As an artist, I dive into the complexities of life to uncover deeper truths about myself and the world around me. Through my work, I aim to bring people together, connecting them through the shared experiences that define us as human beings. I strive to strip away the ego’s shame and celebrate the unique, Divine-given essence that each of us carries. My creations explore the timeless themes of joy, sorrow, fear, happiness, bliss, and the existential questions that stretch from the material world into the spiritual unknown. This makes my art resonate universally, speaking to anyone willing to listen. I believe art has the power to stir thoughts, awaken emotions, and challenge the status quo, nudging those who encounter it toward self-reflection and growth.
I’m self-taught in my craft, and over the years, I’ve produced more than 100 films, including 6 feature-length movies. In these projects, I wear many hats—writing, directing, handling cinematography, editing, sound design, and even composing the scores. Beyond film, I’ve written and published 20 books, ranging from philosophy and poetry to comedic essays, academic works, and narrative fiction, with plenty more in the works. My creativity doesn’t stop there—I’ve penned screenplays, plays, and recently stepped into music, crafting original songs and music videos that transform my poetry into living melodies.
I founded LowWiseZah Studios to pour my energy into creating and sharing original visual and literary content, while opening doors to collaborate with other driven artists. My take on fame isn’t what you might expect—I see it as a light of authenticity, not a chase for shallow rewards.
I invite you to join me on this artistic journey, where fame isn’t about superficial wins but about touching hearts and shifting minds. Come along as I strive to Make Movies That Matter and Awaken Society with Purposeful Entertainment. With your help, I believe we can make the world a kinder place, starting right in your own community.
With Peace, Love, & Kindness,
Michael Angel Loayza Jr
Michael Angel, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I’m Michael Angel Loayza Jr., and I’m thrilled to share a bit about myself with you. I’m a visionary artist—filmmaker, writer, actor, and creator—who’s built my world around crafting purposeful entertainment. I didn’t follow a traditional path into this industry; I’m entirely self-taught, driven by a fire in my soul to express and connect through art. My journey began with an unshakable need to explore life’s depths—joy, sorrow, the whole conditioned human mess—and turn it into something meaningful. That’s how I found myself at the helm of LowWiseZah Studios, a space I founded to bring my vision to life and collaborate with other passionate creatives.
What do I do? I create movies, books, music, and more—over 100 films, including 6 self-produced feature-length ones, where I write, direct, act, shoot, edit, and even score the soundtracks. I’ve also published 20 books, spanning poetry, philosophy, fiction, and academic writing, with plenty more in the works. Lately, I’ve ventured into music, blending my poetry with original songs and videos. At LowWiseZah Studios, we produce and distribute original visual and literary content—movies that matter and stories that stir the soul. For clients, I solve the problem of shallow entertainment. My work digs deeper, offering art that challenges norms, sparks reflection, and awakens higher consciousness, all while fostering unity and individuality in a world that often demands conformity.
What sets me apart? I’d say it’s my relentless commitment to authenticity and purpose. I don’t chase fame or material gain—I see fame as a beacon of realness, a way to touch hearts and minds. I’m a rebel with a cause, advocating for nonconformity and self-love as the keys to genuine evolution. My art isn’t just content; it’s a call to break free from ego, corporate corruption, and the illusions that keep us isolated. I blend raw creativity with a structured, ever-evolving professionalism, staying humble while mastering my crafts. Plus, I’m not afraid to wear every hat in a project—I thrive on that hands-on chaos.
I’m most proud of the moments of presence I’ve achieved through my work—those egoless, imperfectly perfect breakthroughs where I connect with something bigger. Producing over 100 projects and 20 books from scratch, all while staying true to my vision, fills me with quiet pride. I’ve learned to love all parts of myself, even the messy bits, and that lets me share untainted kindness with others.
What do I want you—my potential clients, followers, fans—to know? My “brand” is about awakening society with art that has a pulse. I’m here to ‘Make Movies That Matter’ and inspire you to embrace your unique essence. My work is a bridge—uniting us through shared experiences, easing unnecessary suffering, and reminding you that you’re not alone. I create to spread joy, peace, and freedom from the mind’s traps, drawing from the sky, the stars, and the now.
Join me at LowWiseZah Studios, where every project is a step toward a kinder, more vibrant world—starting with this moment. I don’t need anything from you but your openness; together, we can make something real. Together we can create something eternal.
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
In the industry of artistry, we always face defeat, whether it’s external or internal, the conscious choice to overcoming the self-sabotaging voice in our head is ours. I’ve spent a decade as, at first, an actor, and then quickly molting into a filmmaker/writer, to realizing that even though I want and would love for the world to see my work, at the end of the day, this craft of creativity, is that of my own. That notion is what permeates the world the most. Whether they know my name yet or not, the energy is all shared and the world feels, vibrates and evolves, from the act of conscious creation. Presence and the acceptance and acknowledgement of all emotions, feelings, thoughts, the lack of control outside of ourselves and inside of us, is the step toward a place that I can not articulate.
Any insecurity you face, whether it is your own, or projected by those close to you or a stranger, should be observed and leave you unshook. For they have not yet come to terms with their greatness – in fact, they smother it and unfortunately may never know it.
“The way up and the way down are one and the same.”
Is there mission driving your creative journey?
To add a dimension of kindness to the world. It doesn’t take much to do this – the honest energy that you put out is more than enough. A kind smile to a stranger. Pure attention in conversation. I truly would love to develop a community outside of Hollywood that assists in supporting us to creating truthful blockbuster films. If I’m able to create movies from the love of Subscribers and Contributors on my YouTube Channel (where all my movies are hosted for FREE) that would be such a powerful thing for people to be involved in.
LowwiseZah Studios creates Movies That Matter to awaken society with purposeful entertainment. I’m inspired to create and entertain. I’m inspired to connect and help others that are struggling and have to struggled like myself from the debilitating identification with the mind and its stories; being used by it rather than using it as a powerful tool.
But if I can remind everyone just one thing, no matter what you credit your growth towards, at the end of the day, it’s always an individual choice made by you. At the end of the day, success has nothing to do with the outside world.
No matter how much one has, one can never be truly full. Because fullness lies in the capacity for spaciousness; and this is true peace and unity.
The cure to all of our worries sits above us in the sky and beyond it.
