Mersed, appreciate you joining us today. Learning the craft is often a unique journey from every creative – we’d love to hear about your journey and if knowing what you know now, you would have done anything differently to speed up the learning process.

I hired a vocal coach a little over a year ago that thought me and still is teaching me how to sing and breathe correctly. Singing is definitely harder than it looks, some people might make it look easy but that’s only because they practiced a lot. There are always obstacles in life no matter what you do like not enough time, being tired, no drive or energy, no motivation other than just having no experience, sometimes passing yourself is the hardest obstacle you can overcome.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

I have many trades; from transportation and logistics to truck repair to sales and finance I enjoy music the most. I started making music 2 years ago and I started from no knowledge how to sing or play and I’m still learning today but with the right team I managed to complete an album with full production and video for each song in under a year. What sets me apart from others is that I don’t know many people that can sing or that have made music in 4 different languages. I am very dedicated and determined by success so I put in the work every day.

Do you think there is something that non-creatives might struggle to understand about your journey as a creative? Maybe you can shed some light?

I feel like everyone can be successful in a different point of view even in a non creative way because it can be viewed as creative by someone else. I believe as human beings were born with that instinct. Some people learn faster than others

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?

Always! weather is trucking or music I get up daily to get things done and make the best out of them, even if it’s a bad day and can’t get anything done right I still push to get it done because I’ve learned that nothing is given to you but earned so I go and get things done.
