We were lucky to catch up with Merilyn Strowbridge recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Merilyn, thanks for joining us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?

Merilyn Strowbridge is no ordinary Women, she is a Woman Of God , a Ambitious Queen. Married for 16 years to her loving Ambition King Roosevelt Strowbridge Jr. she is a loving Mother, she is a Role Model to Women and young girls all around the world. Merilyn Strowbridge is the Owner of her Womens Organization entitled ” Ambitious Queens Purple “the organization Empowers Women and enhances their confidence. The Vision and Mission of the Ambitious Queens Purple encourage them, letting them know that they are “Ambitious Queens Designed By God” helping them find their Purpose, and pursuing their dreams.

She’s has amazing success with her Queen Of Hearts Foundation providing awareness of the issues of women and heart disease. God gave Merilyn this vision, when a silent killer took the life of her sister Gereldean Major. Merilyn and the organization has since named a scholarship in honor of Her sister entitled “Gereldean Major Scholarship Fund” that’s given to trouble Youth in a community who desires to go to college and works very hard to turn their life around. Merilyn mentors the Youths leading them on the right path. She is Attending Jacksonville Theological Seminary receiving her Degree in Ministry. Merilyn Strowbridge is supported by Her loving Husband, kids, her Beautiful Mom Minister Annie Pearl Major, and Family. She is recognized as a Woman Of Excellence in P.O.W.E.R , she featured in The Multiple Magazine, also K.I.S.H Magazine as Top 24 TrailBlazers on the move. She is the Cheer Director in her community of Deerfield with the Organization Deerfield Parker Rattlers which she has successfully been apart of for over 25 years.

Although Strowbridge mission is to Empower, she use her platform in different avenues, Her most precious gift is the gift of God. She Empowers them to Love God first, their Worth is Royalty, and they can do all things through Christ. She Empowers them to keep going its never to late. Merilyn has a passion for building the Youth. No hold bar on their education, helping them start their business, finding them jobs, getting them into sports, just being all they could be. She calls it No Jr King or Queen Left Behind. She collaborates with other Beautiful Organizations to help build the Youth.

Merilyn Strowbridge has launched her own Ambitious Queen T shirt clothing Brand. Which every motto sets Royalty vibes for all Queens let’s them know and feel royal. Every Day is a challenge but when you know what we know and wear something that speaks for us its a Beautiful thing. Merilyn also Launched her own Clothing Style called Merilyn Strowbridge Personal Style it’s the Fashion in me. Empowering Queens that we are a Gift we are beautiful and Royalty.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

Merilyn has launched a Magazine in 2020 during the pandemic entitled ‘Ambitious Magazine’ she has released 2 issues working on her 3rd she has been successful . She targets all Ambitious Queens who thrives in God, Business , politics, and school. since her last interview She is a Host , and Event Planner. Merilyn and Her Husband Roosevelt Jr are proud owners of Strowbridge’s Royal Effect 360 Booth and Decor.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

Built my Social Media Platform by being what God Designed me to be, Faith, Empowering, sharing, caring, Being true to myself and the people that follows me, When you are genuine, passionate, and true it generates.
