Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Melissa Michaud-Maltese. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Melissa, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
My mom had passed away after being sick for years. I always had encounters with spirit and struggled to find employment for my son who is on the Autism Spectrum. Things came to fruition when my mom passed. I decided to assist my son with employment and stop being afraid of spirit. It was time to change to a holistic way of life and to help others with the same. Whether that is educating local businesses on individuals with disabilities, helping those with disabilities feel worthy of employment, or helping others heal emotionally and physically using Reiki and communicating with deceased loved ones.
Melissa, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I was always afraid of my abilities until my mom passed and I decided to make changes. I wanted to communicate with her but also provide help and healing to others who may feel the same. Also, having a sensitivity to those with disabilities and allowing them or anyone in the community to feel worthy of making changes in their life
Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
Right now it is word of mouth/treating my clients how I want to be treated. If I treat them right they will let other’s know and they themselves return.
What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
Word of mouth, advertising events on the ctvisiti.com webpage, and Instagram.
