We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Melissa Charry. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Melissa below.
Melissa , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
Here to empower women through creative concept photography.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
That Im here to create with YOU!

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?
For me, the most rewarding part of being a photographer is being able to create a fantasy life for a model who has maybe always dreamed of being a mermaid, fairy, or other mystical entity and embracing the collaboration between the model and myself. I personally enjoy the happiness they feel during the entire process and it also functions as a bit of self-care. My models feel pampered, creative, empowered, and have a sense of pure joy when leaving the photography session. It brings the biggest smile to my face!

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
My goal really is let other women know that it doesn’t have to be the perfect time to celebrate yourself. Embracing yourself in the present is the ultimate form of love, care, compassion and worth you can do for yourself. The time is now to create art and enjoy life.
