Hi Melissa, thanks for joining us today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?

Throughout my life, I’ve observed a pervasive preoccupation with money. As a child, I often pondered why this was such a prevalent concern for everyone around me. Despite delving into investing and acquiring knowledge as an adult, I’ve always been drawn to simplicity amidst the complexity that others seem to embrace. It dawned on me that this ability to simplify and maintain optimism was not just a trait but a skill—one that allowed me to empathize with others and transform their energy into practical solutions.

I’ve come to see it as my mission to understand people’s emotions and simplify their financial lives. By approaching challenges from a different perspective, I aim to uncover opportunities where others might only see problems.

As a graduate in Business Management, my career journey predominantly led me through the corridors of large corporations, affording me a panoramic view of the business landscape. However, a pivotal decision to transition into entrepreneurship unveiled a path rich in both gratitude and resilience. The journey hasn’t been without its challenges, but therein lies the beauty of perseverance—to continually forge ahead despite the obstacles encountered.

Amidst this transition, I found solace and fulfillment in investing time and effort into understanding the intricacies of finance. What initially began as a personal pursuit soon transformed into a profound realization of the global void in financial literacy. Recognizing this as an opportunity to make a tangible difference, I embarked on a mission fueled by purpose—to leverage my expertise to bridge the gap in financial education.

Along this enlightening journey, I’ve had the privilege of encountering remarkable individuals who have illuminated my path and infused it with newfound vigor. With a philosophy steeped in simplicity and buoyancy, I’ve had the honor of sharing insights through finance education lectures, as well as engaging in entrepreneurial endeavors such as investing in a family-owned beauty salon.

Moreover, serendipity brought me into collaboration with extraordinary individuals like Dennis from Dia’ani Media, with whom I’ve formed a partnership that is not only professionally enriching but also deeply rewarding on a personal level. Together, we’ve embarked on ventures that harness our collective strengths and aspirations, propelling us forward on a trajectory of growth and fulfillment.

Presently, I find immense gratification in providing tailored financial consultancy services, each interaction reaffirming the significance of my chosen path. As I reflect upon the trajectory of my life, I am filled with profound gratitude for the journey thus far and the myriad ways in which it continues to unfold.

I met Dennis during a trip abroad where I aimed to enhance my English skills. We hit it off and stayed in touch after returning home. He eventually extended an invitation to collaborate, and since then, I’ve gained invaluable business insights and skills. Our shared perspective on the business world has been remarkably aligned, and I’m incredibly grateful to have met him.
