We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Meghan Stimmel. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Meghan below.
Meghan , appreciate you joining us today. It’s always helpful to hear about times when someone’s had to take a risk – how did they think through the decision, why did they take the risk, and what ended up happening. We’d love to hear about a risk you’ve taken.
My entire life is all about jumping. Leaping. Free falling even when my hands are shaking.
A little over 6 years ago, I burned my entire life to the ground. So when I say I went from literally $0 to a 6 figure brand and growing, I mean it.
I started graduate school at 33 years old, with a 2 year old on my hip, newly sober, and living back with my parents. Completely starting over. I remember believing in myself so much and knowing deep down in my soul that I could not live the rest of my life feeling imprisoned to a life that was not authentic to my heart. So I took the biggest risk of my life and prayed. I literally heard God tell me through my tears and my fear that everything would be okay.
Fast forward to the now and I am actually living my dream life. Everything that I prayed for. And I’m just getting started.
Life and time will pass by no matter what. It’s up to you whether you choose to truly live into your full potential or just exist.

Meghan , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’ve always known that I was meant to work in the healing arts. I am empathic, intuitive, connected and move with grace. I used to shut this part of myself off because I was scared of what people would think!
The awesome thing about it all is that I have mastered the art of blending my skill set of marketing/sales/business development with my gift! My gift is walking people through the deep waters of their healing and transformation and my experience as a Psychotherapist and my own life experience allows me to walk other people into their true calling in life.
I’m most proud of the impact my work is making in the world. How it shifts generations. Families. Children. I love witnessing the life come back in someone eyes. And the chains break free from around their voice. I love hearing someone shift their story from shame to empowerment. This work isn’t about me. It’s about infusing more love into humanity.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
As an entrepreneur, you walk through an initiation. I thought I had enough resilience for 100 lifetimes after surviving PTSD and issues with drinking. I truly believed that the journey of early motherhood while living with PTSD and struggling with alcohol was all of the resilience I could handle….until I started my own business. LOL
Early entrepreneurship is having thousands of dollars in your bank account and feeling on top of the world like you’ve made it and then having $33 in your bank account the next day wondering how the heck you are going to create something that will pay your bills. It’s shifting from lack and scarcity to trust and surrender. It’s living off of sandwiches and fruit snacks to taking your son on beautiful vacations. It’s a constant up and down. Managing the highs and lows and doing the inner work to shift your identity is vital! You also receive many opinions and judgements from people that you have to navigate through. Stay laser focused and remembering your ‘why’ will get you through the tough days. My son Keegan is my why and my faith in God helps me remember that I am literally here on on assignment. How could I fail?

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
This answer sounds simple, but it’s not easy.
BELONGING! I walk into every room like God sent me there. I speak and move at every event, every podcast episode, every Instagram LIVE, every training like I belong there. That I was meant to be there. Like there is no one else in the world that has my gift but me. And God allows me to use my voice to impact and activate others into their divine gift.
I also support people and show up at their events! I celebrate other entrepreneurs. I use my voice to amplify their work and purpose in the world. I genuinely care about their success, and I take the time to get to know them and what lights them up!
