Megan, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to go back in time and hear the story of how you came up with the name of your brand?

I love making people smile and being there to experience and celebrate a special moment with them. That’s how I got the idea for Moments by Meg being my business name. I thought it perfectly captured myself and what I wanted to do.

Megan, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I worked for a non profit for 14 years. After having my daughter in 2022 I knew I did not want to return to work full time. I still wanted to have a source of income while staying home as well as have a way to be creative and interact with people. The great thing about my business is I can take my daughter with me , wake up early to get things done and I still have time with her during the day.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.

During this past summer we experienced a major drought in Texas. I had to find a way to get my signs in the ground in the middle of a heat wave. I had a sign for a schools open house that I had to set up! It was a great way to promote my business and I didn’t want to let my customer down. This is when the term small family business really came in to action. My husband , dad and oldest niece all helped me with solutions and set up for this display.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?

I believe in grass roots marketing and meeting people organically. I have attend events in my community that have given me the opportunity to share my business with people.
