Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Megan Rosman. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Megan, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to go back in time and hear the story of how you came up with the name of your brand?
In April of 2020, I earned my most favorite title yet—Mom. The little girl who gave me that title is named Reese.
We chose Reese’s middle name after my grandma. It’s arguably the most common Greek name there is, but in all honesty, Greeks have repeated the same 7 names throughout the last 200 years so they are all common. My grandma’s name happens to be my favorite though. Her name is Toula, which means light in Greek. Thus the name Radiant Reese—a name derived from the two most special women in my life.
Unfortunately, Reese and Toula never got to meet. Reese was born just over a year after my grandma passed. I feel certain they would’ve adored one another.

Megan, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’m a Website Strategist skilled in the areas of SEO and web design / optimization.
In my 8 years of managing websites and leading digital strategy initiatives, I’ve worked across competitive industries including eCommerce, photography, real estate, heath & wellness, financial services, veterinary medicine, and more. I’ve had the pleasure of supporting brands of all shapes and sizes—from startups to $12-billion-dollar organizations. Each experience has taught me about the art of leveraging websites, search engines and content to reach, cultivate and convert ideal visitors into clients/customers.
In 2021, after a fulfilling career in the corporate world, I decided to start my own agency—Radiant Reese Digital—where I could provide my services to passionate, service-based businesses owners.
Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
The most effective strategy for growing my clientele has been diversifying my outreach strategy.
Instead of relying on social media or referrals are my primary lead source, I signed up on a handful of different agency + client connection platforms—like Breef and Marketerhire—from the start. Doing this has provided continuous leads. Thankfully, I have never had to spend money on marketing.

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?
The most rewarding aspect of being a creative is providing business owners with a finished product that makes them feel optimistic about the future of their business.
A website is a large investment—both monetarily as well as in trust and time. A new website that is effectively optimized for search engines can open so many doors for a business owner. So when I hand off a website that reflects the client’s brand and goals, it is incredibly rewarding to see the optimism and excitement it brings them.
