Alright, Megan thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

Our mission is to unlock the voices of creatives, Faith-based coaches and emerging authors so that they can experience breakthrough in every area of their lives. We accomplish this through International book projects, self-paced online courses and our author academy. It starts by owning your story and authentic voice. You can only dominate in your sphere of influence when you have clarity around your message, cultivated your gifts and mastered a skill you have committed to excel in.

We help you to write with boldness and conviction so that you can walk in your God-given authority and fulfil your destiny.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

I’ve been coaching professionally since the pandemic started in 2020 after a successful 14-year career as a flight attendant. Facing retrenchment that same year pushed me into my purpose, and I haven’t looked back since. I rebranded two years later and transitioned from a life/business coaching into book mentoring which has stretched me into the next level of my business.

It affords me with the opportunity to create a platform for 24 women from across the globe to become Bestselling Authors on Amazon. This brand was birthed from a place of ’embracing your uniqueness’ and now has the capacity to reach thousands more with a powerful story to share with the world at large. It draws you closer to discovering your identity and aligns you to your true calling.

My clients are experiencing rebirths, rebranding, reigniting passions and rediscovering themselves on a personal and professional level. Multi-dimensional and gifted leaders are increasing their visibility as published authors so that they can have maximum impact on a global scale.

I also branched out into media and started my Tv show, Amplify Your voice on the InspireU Network Channel that airs in more than 200 million homes. It aims to highlight overcomer stories, merge business with faith, and showcase entrepreneurs who are blazing a trail in their sphere of influence.

Can you share one of your favorite marketing or sales stories?

Sure. For my very first Multi-author book project I interviewed more than 60 women and received the most no’s in my career as an entrepreneur. It set me up for success because I learned valuable lessons to apply for the next project. Not everyone is a good fit for your program or aligns with your vision. Focus on the ‘yes’ and how you can serve those clients with excellence. Traliblazers are the forerunners and often times the first to pioneer a movement. You define the blueprint as you step out in faith.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?

If you don’t have values for your business you will always compromise. Our vision and values should be aligned so that we don’t leave room for it to be blurred by others opinions of how it should look like. Our upbringing, education and what was modeled to us can play a positive or negative role when measuring progress. It makes some people choose comfort over growth. Old narratives has the potential to keep us stuck and playing small. We have to break free from false identities and thinking that is not serving our purpose.
