Me Time , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What’s been the most meaningful project you’ve worked on?
The most meaningful project we have done is our book event. Our goal is to promote literacy within our community. One way we give back is by hosting a book event featuring best selling and local authors.

Founded in 2011, Author K. Reshay wanted to get a group of women together that loved to read. The book club branched out to community service projects to hosting its own book event.
Have you ever had to pivot?
Our book club has seen members come and go. The blessing is that God continues to allow it to grow and remain prosperous.
What can society do to ensure an environment that’s helpful to artists and creatives?
Social media is a great way to share and appreciate positive feedback for groups trying to make a difference within the community.
