Hi Mayor, thanks for joining us today. How has Covid changed your business model?

In my case before Covid, you could get the majority of your customers from foot traffic just by being at a good location. When Covid happened it changed that. Now online sales are the focus depending on your industry.

Mayor, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

My name is Mayor Millz and I’m one of the hottest entrepreneurs to come out of Columbus Ohio. I am the CEO of a very fun and inspiring brand called NEW FLAVA RADIO LLC. We service business owners, content creators, and talented individuals. Our specialty is brand development. I believe everyone should be able to make a living off of their passion in life. How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?

The biggest pivot of my life happened in 2018 when I made my official leap of faith. All bets on me! I left my full-time job and started to build. Everyone wants security so sometimes the smartest route is to work your 9-5 and build your brand on the side, but it comes to a point when you have to jump and give your brand or passion your all. The Losses you take in the beginning are what I consider character development. No grit, no grind no glory.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

My customer service! Working with me comes with an experience. I genuinely love to promote and build other brands. Another thing that helps is being on time for client appointments. Respecting people’s time goes a long way.
