Maya Verzonilla,, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
MAYA: My heritage is deeply rooted in a lineage of healers and shamans from the mystical lands of Mu, or Lemuria, with Maharlika—now known as the Philippines—being a part of this ancient, enchanted continent of the Far East that was lost to the Pacific Ocean. On my father’s side, my grandfather, Rufino Verzonilla, alongside his wife, my grandmother, Arsenia Villamarzo, were renowned natural healers. Rufino was a celebrated herbalist before WW2, known across the archipelago for his unparalleled healing abilities. People would wait under the sun for hours, forming long lines, all for a moment of healing from him. His intuitive sixth sense allowed him to diagnose and treat the health concerns of his clients with remarkable success, earning him widespread acclaim through word of mouth. Meanwhile, my grandmother, Arsenia, a natural family healer, descended from a lineage of mystics. It was her grandfather, Don Pedro, a figure of spiritual and magical essence, who illuminated my path. This rich heritage of healing and spirituality, woven through generations, underpins my mission. It’s not merely about continuing a family legacy; it’s about rekindling the profound, ancient wisdom of Lemuria and Maharlika, using it to heal and uplift others in today’s world. My mission is a bridge between worlds, honoring the past while healing the present, a testament to the enduring power and relevance of ancestral wisdom in our modern lives.

One day, my grandmother, Arsenia, recounted the tale of Don Pedro, a Lemurian mystic Shaman endowed with remarkable powers from the ancient lands of Mu. As a bearer of cosmic light and a guardian of galactic time, Don Pedro hailed from a realm of enchantment and magic. It became clear that it was my destiny to forge a spiritual and mystical connection with Don Pedro’s magical domain, awakening our soul family’s divine links. Don Pedro’s mission was to imbue our lineage with his DNA, offering his wisdom and presence to those among us who were sensitive, intuitive, and capable of perceiving beyond the mundane confines of the 3D world. He sought to guide those with open hearts, ready to synchronize with his energetic frequency and embrace the gifts he was eager to bestow.
Despite his known magic within the family, many shied away from speaking of Don Pedro, largely due to the Philippines’ distinction as the only predominantly Catholic country in Asia, where such mystical connections were often met with skepticism and fear.

My personal journey with Don Pedro began when I reached out to him, driven by a deep yearning for his spiritual mentorship on the Lemurian Shamanic path. This marked a pivotal moment in my spiritual journey. Don Pedro, a spiritual beacon and natural magician with the power to navigate and manipulate the fabric of time and space, could effortlessly traverse the higher dimensions and the 3D world. His ability to journey within his galactic bubble of light, soaring through the skies, walking on water with powers invisible to the naked eye, and his mastery over the physical laws of appearance and disappearance, were awe-inspiring.
It was under the tutelage of this Lemurian mystic master that my unique healing methodologies, ‘Lemurian Code Healing’ and ‘Infinite Cosmic Records,’ came into being. These modalities were not just teachings but a legacy passed down through the spiritual guidance of Don Pedro, marking a continuum of ancient wisdom flowing through our lineage.

The profound and ancient wisdom of Lemuria, a cornerstone of mystical ancestral knowledge, forms the essence of my lineage, a priceless inheritance bestowed upon me by my great-great-grandfather, Don Pedro.
Don Pedro, with foresight and patience, awaited the emergence of a successor in our family lineage, someone inherently drawn to embrace the arts of Lemurian spiritual healing. My eagerness to explore the realms of healing and magic marked me as that successor, and thus, I was enveloped in the legacy of ancient wisdom healing. My passion, dedication, and sincerity were the keys that unlocked my path into Lemurian Shamanism. It is with profound gratitude that I acknowledge Don Pedro’s choice in me to perpetuate the lineage of ‘Lemurian Code Healing’ and ‘Infinite Cosmic Records,’ both of which are sacred vessels facilitating the journey of healing and transformation for my clients. I am committed to sharing these profound healing gifts, honoring the legacy and the spiritual trust placed in me.
Don Pedro often reminded us, “Never forget the existence of inseparable dimensions and the infinite sacred doorways that lead to healing and remembering.”
Guided by Don Pedro’s spirit, I fostered a deep intuitive connection with him, feeling his guiding presence daily as I developed my healing modalities. His teachings became a bridge to my own past lives, enhancing my journey of remembering. Unusual manifestations, like knocks on the walls and other parts of my home, initially perplexed me. However, recognizing these as Don Pedro’s unique way of communication, I learned to welcome his presence, closing my eyes to listen and receive his messages. This unique communion taught me the art of Lemurian Shamanism, opening visions and doorways to my past lives.
Now, I extend this guidance to my clients, aiding their ‘Remembering,’ helping them to navigate through their past incarnations, address current unresolved issues, and explore future possibilities or destinies.

Sacred Doorways To Healing & Remembering
During Lemurian past life regression and shamanic journeying, my clients receive insights from their higher selves or spiritual guides. Divine messengers also appear, offering guidance in Infinite Cosmic Records sessions, aiding in the resolution of recurring past karmic cycles. Issues such as subconscious self-sabotage, relational wounds, financial entanglements, shock, and trauma are addressed, allowing seekers to understand and connect with their past life memories and resolve their current life karmic burdens. These sessions are instrumental in breaking the cycle of negative patterns.
The deep exploration of the subconscious and past lives through Shamanic Journeying, within the quantum field of Past Life Regression, can induce an Ayahuasca-like experience without the side effects. My practice is deeply rooted in the spiritual traditions of Lemurian Shamanism, designed to catalyze transformation through a comprehensive approach. This includes leveraging the potent energies of Lemurian shadow work, inner child healing, trauma resolution, ancestry and lineage healing, as well as navigating unresolved connections to past lives, obscure locations, or timelines, all aimed at providing clarity and understanding pertinent to one’s present existence.
But the journey doesn’t end there. I am dedicated to aiding my clients in the removal of black magic, clearing deep-seated beliefs and conditioning, and the untangling of nefarious binds placed by dark magic practitioners on unsuspecting souls. Furthermore, an integral aspect of my work involves the strategic opening and closing of portals to sacred doorways of healing and remembering, allowing for the acquisition of crucial insights and sometimes the retrieval of lost items, actions undertaken solely with the sanction of pure source energy.
When I invited my clients to share their personal experiences during our sessions in my book, there was an overwhelming and willing response. Have you ever had to pivot?
MAYA: My journey is marked by numerous pivotal moments, each steering my path in unexpected directions. My adventure began in my early twenties in the vibrant art scene of the Bay Area, in Palo Alto, near San Francisco, California. There, I delved into a myriad of artistic mediums, from calligraphy and decorative sign painting to graphic design and illustrations. Guided by an unseen force, I embraced the role of a self-taught artist, allowing my passion to navigate my course. This inner drive wasn’t just about personal ambition; it was a calling to serve, to use my innate talents as a means to assist others.
My early foray into art was not just a career choice; it was a lifeline. Without the support network of family or a partner, art became my means of survival and self-expression. It was a journey not fueled by ego but by a sincere desire to contribute and make a difference. For instance, my initial success with calligraphy led me to become recognized as a multimedia artist, with my work spreading through word of mouth in Palo Alto. My willingness to embrace every opportunity transformed my art into a thriving livelihood that supported not just me but my family as well.
The decision to move to Ashland, Oregon, was a bold leap towards a fresh beginning, driven by a desire to offer a safer environment for my children. This move was a testament to my belief that my art was a universal key that could open doors anywhere. My transition into wearable art for tourists further showcased my adaptability and the unique appeal of my creations. This evolution of my craft continued to draw attention and admiration, eventually leading me to open my own wearable art gallery filled with my designs.
However, life presented another drastic turn when my ex husband relocated me to the Carolinas, a move that stripped me of my business, my independence, and plunged me into isolation. This period of solitude and introspection was profound, leading me eventually to Los Angeles, where I embarked on a transformative healing journey. It was here that I discovered my calling in the healing arts, eventually developing my unique modalities, Lemurian Code Healing and Infinite Cosmic Records.
My narrative is one of resilience, creativity, and the unyielding belief in the power of ‘Art and Healing.’ It underscores a life dedicated to constant evolution, the courage to embrace change, and a deep-seated commitment to utilizing my talents in service of others.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
MAYA: My journey began with offering complimentary sessions to those seeking healing, aiming to share my abilities with the community. However, I soon realized the importance of reciprocal value. Without a tangible exchange, I noticed a diminished appreciation for the healing provided, which led to a reevaluation of my approach. Implementing a fair exchange policy, I started to request a monetary commitment, which in turn attracted clients who genuinely valued and respected the energy and expertise I brought to each session. This shift was not just about compensation but about ensuring a balanced exchange of energy, reinforcing the principle that the dedication and energy I invest should be met with equivalent value.
This transition was pivotal, setting the foundation for sustainable practice and preventing the potential for burnout. Recognizing the necessity of self-love and establishing firm boundaries, I safeguarded my energy, ensuring that I could serve from a place of strength and vibrancy. This approach naturally drew in a clientele that resonated with these values, fostering relationships rooted in mutual respect and gratitude.
My commitment to maintaining high standards for myself and my practice played a crucial role in the organic growth of my reputation.
