We recently connected with Max Nejad and have shared our conversation below.
Max , appreciate you joining us today. What’s been the best thing you’ve ever seen (or done yourself) to show a client that you appreciate them?
I believe in any industry taking care of your clients should be on top of everyone’s list, but especially in the Real Estate business. As a Real Estate professional, my team and I always do what’s best for our clients and put their needs before our own. We are in the business of building long lasting relationships with our clients. Ensuring our clients are happy with the purchase of their new home or the sale of their existing home is always our highest priority. As a team, we provide complimentary home staging service by a professional designer/stager, concierge service of being available 24/7, and helping our clients pack and move anywhere in the country, are just a few services that sets us apart from the rest. In addition, every client receives a custom-made gift basket tailored to their interests and lifestyle as a ‘thank you’ for trusting us to represent them in their real estate journey.

Meet your Real Estate Agent: Max Nejad – If you ask Max Nejad’s clients to describe him, you’ll immediately get a feel for his character. Most will gush about Max’s professionalism and expertise, as well as his reliability, honesty, responsiveness, and passion for his work. They’ll talk about the difference that Max’s strong negotiation skills made for them and how his entire approach made what could have been a stressful process surprisingly easy for them, and they’ll recommend that you work with him, too. None of this comes as a surprise to those who know Max’s personal background and career history.
An immigrant success story – Max came to the U.S. from Iran at the impressionable age of 15. This move changed the trajectory of Max’s life, and he immediately realized the incredible gift he had been given. Seeing the opportunities available in this country, he vowed to be the best he could be and contribute wherever and whenever possible.
Max’s career started earlier than most. While still in high school, he was recruited to head up Marketing and Promotions for two local businesses. This fueled both his passion for business and his competitive drive. Over the years Max has built and sold several successful businesses.
A successful Real Estate Agent – Max purchased his first house at 19, and then got heavily involved with home flipping. Needless to say, Max’s 14 years of “fix and flip” experience is a huge advantage to his clients today. Max not only developed a keen eye for real estate—clients appreciate his ability to point out items that can easily be missed when buying or selling a home—he also gained invaluable real estate marketing expertise.
Today, Max, his wife, and their son live in South Orange County where they are active supporters of a variety of non-profit organizations. Embracing the lessons and blessings of his life, Max brings a refreshing and reassuring value to the Real Estate sector.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
In my experience, the foundation of relationships is key, so taking the time to build good relationships with my existing clients, listening to their needs, and delivering on all my promises is of the upmost importance. It’s vital to make each client feel special and valuable throughout each stage of the buying or selling process. Additionally, a key factor in growing clientele involves staying in front of customers by sending marketing materials, hosting community events, and remembering important dates such as birthdays and home buying anniversaries.
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
2022 was my toughest year in more ways than one. Ultimately, I won my battle with cancer, but it was a long and difficult journey that tested me each day. I am proud of myself for not only beating cancer, but being able to support my family during the process by continuing my relationships with my clients and securing deals in between rigorous chemotherapy treatments. My clients and family rely on me and I refused to allow cancer to take my strength away from me.
