I’m a realtor with eXp Realty, based in Blaine, MN, but I serve clients across the entire state. My journey into real estate started with a pivotal conversation where someone I deeply admire asked me, “Who is your loyalty to?” That question sparked a fire within me to build a business that values trust, relationships, and helping people navigate one of the most significant decisions of their lives.
I specialize in helping first-time homebuyers, families relocating, and those looking to build their dream homes. My goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible by offering strategic guidance, detailed planning, and unwavering support from start to finish. I don’t just sell homes—I help my clients move forward, whether they’re upgrading, downsizing, or starting fresh.
What sets me apart is my young, mature mindset and my unique approach. I’m not just here for the transaction; I’m here for the journey. My clients know I’ll be their quarterback, guiding them through every play, ensuring they feel confident and supported. Have you ever had to pivot?
In the early stages of my real estate career, I hit a point where I realized that the traditional approach to buying and selling homes wasn’t going to cut it. The market was shifting, client expectations were evolving, and I needed to find a way to stand out. That’s when I made a bold decision to pivot from focusing solely on transactions to building meaningful, long-term relationships with my clients and team.
One of the biggest changes I made was starting the Prestige Real Estate Network. I saw a gap in the industry—agents needed a space to collaborate, learn, and grow. Instead of competing with each other, we created a culture of sharing and mutual success. This pivot not only helped me grow as a leader but also expanded opportunities for agents in the network.
For my clients, I introduced value-add touches like gifting Traegers or Blackstones at closings and creating free resources like workshops and social media series (Free Tip Tuesday). I also started focusing on education—helping first-time homebuyers feel empowered, demystifying the relocation process, and guiding new construction buyers.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
Recruiting Agents
The most effective strategy for bringing agents into my business has been building relationships and leading by example. Instead of focusing on hard pitches, I share my journey and the real impact of being part of a supportive network like the Prestige Real Estate Network. Hosting events like monthly script battles and mastermind sessions has been key—agents see firsthand the value of collaboration, training, and a culture that celebrates growth.
I also make sure to highlight how our network focuses on more than just transactions. From providing mentorship to offering resources that help agents succeed in any market, it’s clear that joining Prestige isn’t just about numbers—it’s about creating a career you can be proud of.
Growing Clientele
For growing my clientele, authenticity and added value have been game-changers. Social media has been one of my most powerful tools—sharing relatable, educational, and even funny content helps me connect with people on a personal level. For example, my Free Tip Tuesday series educates clients about real estate topics while keeping it engaging and easy to understand.
Additionally, hosting workshops and staying active in the community have helped me position myself as a trusted resource. Clients know they can rely on me to simplify complex processes, whether they’re buying their first home, relocating, or investing in new construction.
Ultimately, both recruiting agents and growing my clientele boil down to one thing: building trust. Whether it’s through a conversation, a workshop, or simply showing up consistently, people know I’m here to help them succeed.
