We were lucky to catch up with MARSHIELA HALL recently and have shared our conversation below.
MARSHIELA, appreciate you joining us today. Is there a heartwarming story from your career that you look back on?
As a matter of reference there is actually a story that challenges me to continue in my business but also in the development of myS.E.L.F.
I had a young lady who I was assisting and would providing an ear from time to time for her to have a safe space to share. I received a call from her mother in which the relationship between the two was strained. Mom says, “my daughter said you gave her a voice and a face to her pain and she discovered that she was living her life to fulfill my dreams and she isn’t happy.” I listened to mom express herself until she burst in tears and started that she herself had been living the dreams of her mother and she was unfulfilled and unhappy. She shared that as a result of this experience she wanted to become a client and she did. I was given an opportunity to support this family and assist in guiding them beyond their trauma into the reality of healing and thriving in life. They are both now helping people on their family and I have been blessed to consult and coach a few of those family members. Generational transformation made by one individual who dared to challenge the norm.
I find joy in knowing that it only takes an encounter with One to impact many.

MARSHIELA, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Fantabulous Awakenings Community!
I AM Marshiela T. Hall, owner of ME Institute Global and Breathe WELL & BE Embodied WELLness Haven in which we provide coaching and consulting practicum for well-living.
We help you navigate the journey of recovery from trauma and grief induced PTSD with proven modalities developed to provide individually curated strategic methods to assist every client in self-discovery, success beyond brokenness and reviving matters of the heart.
My profound vision is to educate, empower and equip others with Out of the Box strategies to reform their negative self perceptions and attack limiting beliefs with a positive manifesting mindset.
I am compassionate about the authentic and transparent expression of my BE-ing and the communities I serve. I am the Boss Overcomer!
I chose this life of helping others because I discovered that I wasn’t the only person with unresolved and unrealized trauma experiences that were prohibiting me from advancing in my life and being a well- balanced person both internally and externally. I wanted a way out of the internal prison that seemed inescapable because it kept rearing it’s ugly head in my own decision-making, counter-active to the design of life that I was working diligently and tirelessly to maintain. Ugly, kept telling me that I had no value, my production and prosperity was limited, my presence was a problem and, is it worth it to continue to show up in life as an issue to some and a blessing to others. I had to learn that I was a standard all my own. If things were going to change, it started with vulnerability and honesty with MES.E.LF. I learn the ART of ME- Identity
Inclusion
Implementation
Internally WELLness
Impact
I didn’t just settle for speak therapy only because speaking become easy, sharing became easy but something in ME needed HELP. I discovered Embodied Practices that heal the innerME out. I learned that HEALing is continually. We can heal and be healed simultaneously. For these modalities, I am grateful and now I share space for others to BE-Come the BE-ing.
As I begin to share my story through my first book “The Pit of Purpose”, I began receiving so many responses that said, “Thank you for telling my story and giving me a voice to come out of shame, guilt and fear.”
I decided in writing that book that I would be for others, what no one was for me… Healer.
What sets ME apart from others?
I believe it’s the age old difference that we have strayed away from and it’s simply two things “CARE” without prejudice and “BElief” that each person is deserving and “CAN” because “I AM” proof.
I am most proud of the privilege that I and my team get to be a conduit of compassion and hope for transformation that does not exist because of escape but a direct result of acceptance, education and empowerment.
I would like for people to know that everything you have gone through and will “GO Through” works on your behalf. You have the power within you coupled with right strategy and ACTion to live a life void of depression, anxiety and limiting beliefs.
It all begins and end with ME.
As we learn to Master oneself (ME), we will understand the Mastery of life among and with others.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
A lesson I had to unlearn is that “asking for HELP” is not a sign of weakness but of vulnerability, accountability, and a willingness to be human because we are not created to do life nor business alone.
The backstory is that I allowed relational discrepancies in my past to prohibit me from the new relationships that I believe were God sent answers to my prayers. As a result of not receiving these relationships that were coming as HELP, I suffered sort of speak and had challenges in business and personal matters that were prolonged because of making trauma-induced decisions to not engage with these people.
Now, that I have the lesson not only do I receive the answered prayers of HELP that come in the form of people but, I “ASK” for it…. free from guilt, shame and fear of disappointment.

Training and knowledge matter of course, but beyond that what do you think matters most in terms of succeeding in your field?
I think what’s most helpful in succeeding in this field is having empathy, an ear to listen, a heart to not judge and knowing when to lead, guide or just BE Present/Pre-Sent.
The consistent awareness of oneS.E.L.F. allows a helper/healer to embrace and express the fluidity of WELLness with no apprehension. When we remain in a state of flexibility with healthy boundaries, we create space for the expulsion of unwanted presence while also giving way to the welcomed presence of love, light and laughter both for ourselves and clients.
I like to think that the relationship in this business is about “Even Exchange” – not how much given but every gain matters.
