Marko, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
Story about east European immigrant moving to USA alone is my story. Meaning of my new life and new born mission is a theme that I would like to share with readers.
How student of economics became successful visual artist , the “painter” .
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I was born in Belgrade, Serbia in 1984 and immigrated to the United States in 2007. As International Student in Economics. Originally, I came to the United States to pursue a career as a currency stockbroker and trader for Wall Street, however in 2009 while living in Miami, My life took a different path and I discovered my true calling to become an artist/painter and Sculptor. Immersing myself in paintings and developing a philosophy and artistic style named “Konnectivism”.
Thesis how to manifest our dream into a reality became my new obsession and problem solving superpower that we all have.
But we must learn and understand how this magic happens.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
What can I add I came from war destroyed country,
Poverty, human suffering and despair.
Ruined cities and destroyed dreams,
Lack of food ,electric power, gas…
To survive and thrive I had to manifest my new life and reality and imagine ideal life without seeing surroundings like others. But focus on sky , sun , moon and fallow that always present energy.
Any advice for managing a team?
Harmony first Offcourse , with mutual respect and trust. Understanding differences between USA mentality and European mentality.
Culture and mindset when comes to work ethics.
I have been living and working between America and Europe.
And I can say learning from each other is the way , not separation or dividing attitudes.
