Hi Markeon , thanks for joining us today. What was the most important lesson/experience you had in a job that has helped you in your professional career?

The most important lesson I’ve experienced in a job was that, you have to give your all or nothing. Your job ethic shouldn’t be different depending on the job your doing. Weather it’s fast food or real estate, you should have the same compassion to making sure the job is done.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I came into the industry without direction because if I continued to wait for the right time, I’d be waiting forever. Therefore, I jumped into my craft of creative directive with photo and video production as well as motivational speaking. I owe credit to my experiences because that’s what has taught me everything I know today.

Is there mission driving your creative journey?

My passion to transform the mind set in a positive way is what gives me fuel for my everyday compassion. Situations always has one side, the good. Once you train your mindset to understand that everything is preparation for who you desire to be or is, you’ll begin to live a life of freedom.

How did you build your audience on social media?

The first step to finding your audience is to know the audience you want to captivate. As you continue to post on social, your insights will filter your audience for you. Then you can capitalize your passion to what they want from you in an authentic way.
