We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Mark Scherer a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Mark, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.

I’ve had numerous businesses over the years, from construction to a raw food company. Each business had it’s own set of challenges, tough times and successes. Business was a way to live and provide things to live on. Most of them didn’t really feed my heart. One thing that was constant in my other careers was I had a passion for personal growth, and often spoke more about consciousness in my day than I did promoting my business.

My passion for consciousness led me to take a variety of courses and studies over 30+ years. Often I was gone for a month or longer sabbatical attending immersive trainings. I applied these trainings in my businesses and also to address health issues with great success. I often coached friends and their referrals throughout the years. As I continued to sharpen my skills I began to develop a unique system which produces outstanding results with a amazing velocity. Many of my clients were working with other coaches and when they experienced our system which we call the Quantum Leap Technique (QLT) they were amazed at the speed of our system and their abillty to continue to grow to greater levels than they experienced with other modalities. The complaints we were often heard was the were no longer growing with their current methods,. Also many of my clients would attend an event they called a rah, rah, rah event and then they dropped down once they returned to their home life. What they loved about our system was as they mastered it they experienced upgrades in all areas of their life simultaneously. This is achieved by us working with the individual on their deep core conversations and feelings. Most modalities our clients came from worked with positive thoughts. The uniqueness of our QLT is we change body chemistry and brain chemistry which immedailtey affects thoughts. This approach produces results in a matter of minutes which often continue to upgrade after the session.

The next question they began asking me is can you train me to do what you do?

This started me on the journey of fulfilling their request and also really fulfilling my own passions as well.

My question was can I create on online curriculum where people can get the skillset of decades of study in laser focused courses.. After a year of experimenting with groups of students EL begun to take shape. Over the last 3 years our focus is on training a highly competent lead coaches who are now training our curriculum. Our curriculum is not only for someone who is interested in becoming a coach, it is also a high level leadership system for those interested in getting extraordinary results in all areas of their lives.

EL now offers a variety of classes ranging from online recorded classes to 5 day in person immersive retreats.

Mark, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I’ve been a student of consciousness for 30 + years. I started taking seminars to improve my own life as I was having difficulties in my marriage. The classes awakened a new way of viewing life. I continued studying going into deeper modalities. Often taking several 30 day trainings a year. I applied these trainings into my relationships and business. As I did so I healed numerous health issues and my zest for life increased dramatically.

Encompass Life’s QLT technique has developed over decades of trainings and coaching 1000’s of clients. Our system is unique in the manner we address changing thoughts. Instead of policing the mind chatter, we create a shift in brain chemistry which alters thoughts immediately.

Our greatest blessings are our word of mouth referrals and our team. EL coaches have all started as clients and experienced profound results with our system. Most of them have worked with numerous other systems and QLT really stood out in their life. The same thing which has attracted our high level coaches is also the motivator for word of mouth referrals.

EL has recently started to advertise and we’re launching several funnels in the fall of 2022. Our systems and our team is enthusiastic about our launch.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?

I had to unlearn my upbringing on Life, God and success. Success in my family was about money in the bank. Neither of my parents were happy. They did work hard and continued to accumulate things, however to them Life was hard. They believed suffering here would be rewarded at a later time. They carried a bitterness which affected their health and mental attitude.

For me seeing them in pain awakened me into my journey of self-discovery and Consciousness. As I begin to awaken to the power of Love, Language, Thoughts and Feelings my gratitude for Life began to open in new ways every day. Now I can see the blessings in all things quickly and work with EL clients to do the same. This changes the status quo on life, money, family and most importantly Love.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

The best way to build reputation is by exceeding what you promised someone. Some of our results are tough to believe as we’ve had clients increase their income by 20-70% in a matter of weeks. Some have even grown 10x with 12-18 months. This type of monetary growth is also coupled with improved health as well as relationships. When working with new clients we share these stories with vague numbers so each client has their own experience, The most important thing is for the client to compare their results only to their own goals and path. Whatever outcome a client chooses for themselves our system will eclipse their estimates 70% or more.
