Setting ourselves apart from other spas, we’re dedicated to crafting experiences that deeply resonate, leaving guests transformed and profoundly moved, opening a little window of magic!
As healers, our driving force is to ignite transformation within every guest. With this intention, our spa serves as a sanctuary, awakening the light within each individual.

Before founding K’Alma Spas, Marizza embarked on a journey as a celebrity massage therapist, tending to the wellness needs of esteemed clientele. Despite her thriving career, she sensed a void, a yearning for deeper spiritual connection amidst the glitz and glamour. This inner light lacking propelled her towards a quest for holistic healing and ancient rituals, where she discovered the transformative power of holistic wellness practices.
Driven by her passion to fuse massage therapy with spiritual healing, Marizza initiated a mobile company, delivering personalized treatments infused with ancient Peruvian wisdom. Her journey took a significant turn when she was invited to the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. Here, she found the opportunity to expand her vision, laying the groundwork for a unique spa management company.
With her newfound insights, Marizza ventured into partnerships, securing K’Alma’s first account at the One Hotel. From there, her business blossomed, expanding to prestigious establishments like the Ritz Carlton Chicago, Hotel Victor, Cadillac, Hotel AKA Brickell, SLS, and Surfcomber.
Recognizing the need for a sanctuary where individuals could fully immerse themselves in the healing journey, Marizza drew inspiration from indigenous teachings and established K’Alma Spas.
At K’Alma Spas, Marizza’s signature rituals form the foundation of each experience. Every treatment is imbued with intention, designed to create transformative experiences that guide guests on a journey of self-discovery and profound relaxation. Marizza finds joy in hearing guests say, “OMG, I feel lighter,” knowing that they have found the light within themselves.
Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
One of the most effective strategies for growing our clientele has been word-of-mouth marketing. Our guests often share their transformative experiences at K’Alma Spas with friends, family, and colleagues, which generates organic referrals. This form of marketing is incredibly powerful because it comes from trusted sources and carries a genuine recommendation.
Additionally, we prioritize creating memorable experiences for each guest. By exceeding expectations and providing exceptional service, we leave a lasting impression that encourages guests to return and recommend us to others.
Furthermore, we leverage social media and online platforms to showcase our unique offerings and engage with potential clients. Through captivating visuals, informative content, and interactive communication, we connect with individuals who resonate with our brand ethos and values.
Collaborations with like-minded businesses and influencers and meaningful partnerships have also proven to be effective in reaching new audiences and expanding our reach.
