Marizelda , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We love heartwarming stories – do you have a heartwarming story from your career to share?
My name is Marizelda Perez and I don’t have a heartwarming story to share,but I do have a story! I don’t dwell on the fact that my life has been a complete “Shit Show”, but it’s my life and it built me! From the age of 5 I was molested by a family friend.That trauma still weighs heavy in my heart! Years after because I developed a womanly body at the age of 10 , my wicked step mother made sure to always remind me that I was fat! I grew up hating my body before I really could appreciate all it was about to embark! We as women are always taught to meet a standard of beauty and it is hard! I grew up so fast and was a mom at the age of 17. I was a devoted stay at home mom till I hit 25 . I got one taste of the world and it lead me to my divorce and my personal hell! I fell for the Devil and I lived a very battered life! This man cheated,lied, stole from me, raped me, beat me , and did everything he could to break me. After finding out he had a second life I was able to break free. The pain of me never feeling like I could be strong enough to put him in jail will always make me have hate for him! He should be in jail . 2 years after I finally realized how strong I truly was came cervical cancer and I almost lost my life several times. All of my trauma built me to be the tough woman I am today. I have learned that my body and my trauma have helped me appreciate other women! I have always been a girls girl and I fell into my passion after I got into massage school and took a body sculpting class. I was hooked on the idea of being able to transform a woman’s body with my hands and machine. I trained and I trained until I learned the Science behind everything I do! I fell so in love with boosting my clients and their confidence it made me feel like this was my purpose ! I am a broken woman that hides a battered body with a pretty face! My trauma only fuels my drive to helping women feel good about themselves! I love what I do and I not only get to motivate my clients. I get to transform their bodies and make them fall in love with their being! I am there to heal by listening to their stories and I heal by giving them my touch and love. I give 100% of my energy and passion into all of my services! I am all about women empowerment because I know there is plenty of broken women like me seeking validation! I love to enhance women with my cosmetic injections to give them youth! I love teaching about Lip filler and adding symmetry to their beauty! I love helping my clients loose weight and reshape their bodies with my fajas. I truly started to heal my own trauma by helping others heal. I think this really makes me so good at what I do because it’s haunting to ever meet a woman who is how I once was. I meet them everyday and I want to help restore their strength.I support my ladies who have plastic surgery because as long as I could remember I have been praying one day to be reborn from this body that Carries so much pain. I value a woman who can invest in her body confidence. Plastic surgery is not for the weak! It is such a hard recovery! I have learned to master all of my services and I am ready to teach! I am my client’s therapist and they are mine! I have gained so much appreciation for my body and I want to give back all I can. I aspire to hire a team, teach , and create a non profit organization for single moms to learn how to start their own beauty business! My trauma no longer defines me and I will change the beauty industry by making it accessible and comfortable for all women! I am the one stop shop and I absolutely love what I do. I want women to invest in themselves because investing in self care is opening the door to truly becoming a powerful woman! This is me and my story- Rockabeute
Marizelda , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I am devoted into educating and understanding the Science behind everything I do! I want to reintroduce body sculpting because it is such a saturated industry that women think it’s a fad! Body sculpting can truly change your body!
When it comes to cosmetic injections I want to teach women how do understand how they work! I want women to learn how to be conservative but still enjoy the enhancements that Botox and lip filler provide!
When it comes to Post operative care I want to educate my clients in all aspects before they take the leap on a big investment! I learn the doctor’s techniques and it gives me a blue print on how to give the proper lymphatic stimulation. I need to help my clients understand that surgery isn’t for the weak and you have to prepare for the expensive aftercare. You have to prepare the body, the mind , and the soul! I want to reach a huge platform where my doctors just trust me to enhance their work! Post op care is my specialty and I have developed a technique that works for every surgery patient.
When it comes to health and wellness I want to train men and women investing in their health with a gut flush and cupping therapy will reset your body! Lymphatic Stimulation and my Detox tea will super charge a sluggish body!
Training and knowledge matter of course, but beyond that what do you think matters most in terms of succeeding in your field?
At one point in my career when it came to the body sculpting industry everyone kept their techniques hush hush! I think it has ruined the art of being able to manipulate a body and deliver true results! I want to start a community with the body sculptors that are left and truly come together and master our techniques! We should be a force not in competition. The more we are United maybe just maybe we can change the amount of women that just rely on plastic surgery for body Enhancements.
Have you ever had to pivot?
I have worked for doctors, Med Spas, and body sculpting businesses and they all tried to take my techniques without paying me! I am just now learning how to charge my worth because I just want everyone to enjoy all of my services! I’ve learned the cheaper you are the more people lose respect for your craft! I am going to build a team that may be better than me and I want to cheer them on every step of the way.
