Along with taking care of clients, taking care of our team is one of the most important things we can do as leaders. Looking back on your journey, did you have a boss that was really great? Maybe you can tell us about that boss and what made them a wonderful person to work for?
Ms Mary Watkins was the Best Boss Ever. Ms Watkins Made Me The Giant In The Room. I was Faced with Breast Cancer Back in 2010 I was Working for Hunter Run Country Club at this Time and I wasn’t able To perform my Job at a 100% and Mrs. Watkins never Fired me and She supported me 100% and I feel that sometimes individuals that treat people fairly goes unnoticed but I will never Forget Her For This..
